Great and fully explained website and great staff. The booking process was extremely easy.

Online booking is great, you definitely know what you are paying for, all necessary pieces of information are online, just in time, the payment itself is comfortable and fast. Up yo 72 hours you can your can cancel your order free of charge. Online support is fast, competent, polite, too. For me and my friends this is the best way how to choose and pay our summer holiday! I highly recommend, comfortable, fast, safe!

Since oct 2017 we have booked 3 holidays abroad at tui meadowhall . Our last booking as come down by £50 within 12hrs of booking. Meadowhall was not very helful when i questioned this. I wont be booking with them again. There s no incentive to be loyal. Thankyou manager at meadowhall. But you have lost a customer

I thought that I had paid everything all at once by credit card. Now today about one day later I just got an emergency e-mail from you stating that you actually were taking it in two payments and that my bank refused the credit for the second payment and I must inform you tomorrow how it will be solved. Since I only got this e-mail this evening and tomorrow I will be traveling, it will not be possible to solve it all tomorrow. If there is a problem with the payment, I should be given several days to investigate with the bank what the problem is.

We reserved a more expensive a package with a flight in the afternoon instead of a cheaper one with a flight in the early morning.
Then TUI sent us the tickets with our flight in the early morning.
When I let them know, their reply was surprisingly sarcastic and rude. They wrote to me that however, according to the contract we signed, the flight time is not guaranteed.
Ok, but we are still paying the higher fare!
I wonder why they even list and sell flights that don't exist and with a higher price then...

TUI is amazing. We have travelled with TUI Austria numerous times to many different locations. TUI Austria always proved to be a trustworthy, professional and caring company.

Hi folks Just come back from a Thompson holiday in Cancun staying at the riu Cancun I can Honestly say that this holiday has been the best I have ever been on and I have been on a lot of holidays I am 50 years old been on A lot of holidays but this is my first Thompson tui holiday the service I received was absolutely fantastic and 2nd to none from day one I felt comfortable the aeroplane was fantastic with free drinks throughout the flight having landed we was met by tui reps Who made us feel more than welcome the hotels were absolutely fantastic the service we got was Phenomenal I cannotStress enough that Thomson or tui are the best we’ve everflone with value for money and service the holiday was absolutely fantastic

Good information to book the hotel and flight and compare with other deals. Staff speak excellent English and are quick to respond.

12.07.2017 I have booked 33668685 trip and receive message about not enough money and ABBRECHEN btn near the trip.
I clicked ABBRECHEN btn and my trip had disappeared from the my tui webpage.
Then 14.07.2017 I booked another trip 33696886 according to my old limit as i didn't know when the bank will change the limit.
I contacted tui service because noticed that money was taken from my account wrongly. Manager told me that if I dont know german therefore I shouldnt use german website and i should pay 50% of 1st wrongly closed booking request . all my requests to find the comprise were ignored first. All answers were like to the robot without understanding that we are human and she told me that tui is not responsible for delete button or wrong website functionality. there is terms and condition and i was clicked them. thats why now i should pay . and if the same person will book for the same time 20 times or more they will charge immediately and we should sell the house or... they don't responsible for any wrong website behavior!!!!
i am still shocked

18.07.2017 we found a compromise to pay 25 % of fee to close the booking.

Worst holiday representatives I have ever encountered. I introduced myself to a Tui Rep on arrival at Sorrento Airport his response was to turn his back on me. Eventually found one that would talk albeit surly and he mumbled some instructions on where to locate bus which turned out to be inadequate as outside of the terminal we encountered a couple of plane loads of Thomson customers asking passers by anyone for directions.The coach transfer took 4 hours to cover 65 km due to Tui Rep disorganisation much longer than the 2 hours 30 minutes it took to fly from Manchester to Sorrento.

I booked my holiday in January 2017 on the basis that the Sensimar Caravel Hotel building works would be completed by the 1st May 2017, I have asked for confirmation on four occasions to confirm the hotel will be completed, each time they have informed me that there will not be an issue.
I received photographs from the island taken today with major building works still going on. TUI have been dishonest and I would advise all potential customer to avoid a company who are prepared to send a family out to a country will a half built hotel.
Come on TUI your better than this aren't you?

...good. We booked a trip to Kreta. Got completely wrong information concerning web check in and seats. We had transfer AIRPORT-HOTEL but had to climb a steep 150m hill road.

I recently booked a journey via TUI.at. Service was great because we called the provided hotline. The people wer nice and very friendly and helped us looking up the various opportuniites to find the perfect journey for us. The journey itself was great, too. Flight, hotel and trip to and in our destination was magnificient. We definitely book again with TUI.
