I havent travelled for 23 years and im taking my daughter away for her 18th birthday so wanted something amazing and special. With lots of things to do but also somewhere we could relax too. Mary went above and beyond to provide that and help me with everything.

We picked the hotel we wanted as we had…
We picked the hotel we wanted as we had been there before. When it came to paying we chose to pay a deposit with the balance to pay nearer the time which is usual. Now we see we are paying £100 more than if we had paid the whole amount. Paying options should be made clearer.
