Poor customer services
Really bad customer services, I bought a product and have not received it, tukishouq is investigating the whereabouts of my order with FedEx since 30/04/26.
Today FedEx emailed me to say I should get in touch with shipper as they can not allocate my parcel. I Emailed Turkishsouq and was asked to contact them again as they have not received a clear information from FedEx , in the meantime I paid for a product and still waiting for it.

First of all, the product
Aqua di Gio perfume 200ml
Was not what i received. It was the eau de toilette. That s fake advertising
Second. It doesn t smell as the original... i m using this aqua di Gio for more than 10 years now. TURKIYE is known for fake stuff so it is a counterfeit...
Third, there is no return policy.
Stay away from this website.
I ll never go back.
And please dont give a shitty reply, trying to save your *ss.
I only wished i did some research on these people before buying!

Really can't fault it! My Dior Homme Intense arrived within a week. If it is a fake, well, they certainly spent a lot on the bottle! Smells good too. No complaints here.

Mixed feelings...
Armani Code Profumo has been discontinued so I had hoped that this was somehow old stock. 100% NOT the genuine product. But it is a very well-packaged knock-off. I wish I could post my side-to-side photos of what I received next to the real thing. The biggest difference is the fragrance's strength, which fades shortly after application. A sticker on the bottom of the bottle says eau de toilette, whereas the genuine article is eau de parfum. Definitely not worth what I paid for it. Swing and a miss.

Deeply disappointed
I was deeply disappointed in the product I received. I had an almost empty bottle of the same perfume at home but the new bottle was far more watery. The one spray from my original package, took 4-5 sprays of the new bottle to achieve the same result. I expected better.

Fake Gucci by Gucci
I bought this perfume knowing it was going to be fake …and it most definitely is.
The reason being is that the perfume I bought has been discontinued by Gucci for a number of years now. But I wanted to see just how bad it was. The packaging was wrong for EDP .. that packaging is for EDT.. trust me I know I loved this perfume it was a favourite of mine. The bottle itself looked the same but the real one is not as transparent. It also has a little gold chain decoration on it.. this one was brassy stained. The smell was very similar.. almost passable.. but unfortunately it wears off very quickly… l just wear it for work or around the house. I don’t care how many times this company tells you that they have certificates and paperwork and it’s passed whatever checks… it’s a lie.. and the reason It’s a lie is because Gucci don’t make it any more and believe me they haven’t made this for at least 15 years that I know of. Just google it. It’s phased out completely now I probably bought them all..lol. Company is a rip off. They’re charging a lot of money for fake.. don’t fall for it people…. UPDATE!! The response to this review is actually laughable. Pin your ears back..and listen… GUCCI DONT MAKE THIS PERFUME ANYMORE..so what does that make it? No amount of repeat excuses about documents ..they also can be faked. It’s fake because it doesn’t exist certainly not in the world of Gucci … so take your bottle of Pucci and stop ripping people off selling fakes. Ridiculous amount of money.
