I ordered perfume and received the package ok.The package had been opened and the box and outside packaging damaged. As it was supposed to be for a present, could not send it because it looked very unsightly. Big split down the back and the contents on view. Had to buy again from somewhere else to replace as the gift . Contacted customer service and not impressed with them at all. Will not be buying again from this company and will definitely not be recommending it to family and friends.

More selling of fake perfume
More selling of fake perfume. Should have checked the reviews here. Obviously marketed as authentic but all you get is a terrible copy. Smells bad and the bottle, box and contents all wrong. A cheap fake that if seen in person you'd never buy. Lesson learnt.
Customer support has forwarded my complaint to the "relevant department" and I should hear about a refund in 5-7 days.

No reply from their "relevant department" after a week.
They publish less than half their official reviews on Shopify. Their perfume business is a total scam and you'll only recieve poor quality fakes with no ability to get your money back.

Still agree with the above points, but after many emails they eventually refunded my purchase minus £15 for some reason. Bit at least I got some money back.

Scam site selling fake perfumes
This company is marketing and importing fake perfumes! i was brought a bottle of Lancome Tresor perfume for my birthday and immediately upon opening recognised this was fake. The product lid didn't fit and the smell is awful. I knew straight away that there was a problem even before asking my husband where was purchased from. This was with absolutely no doubt a fake product and smells nothing like the authentic, going as far as smells awful! having googled i can see that others have also reported this company to be importing fakes. i shall be reporting to trading standards and Lancome company, let's hope they request the bottle for testing!!
Unfortunately the company are continuing to provide a standard response which is completely unsubstantiated. They will be unable to prove the claims below as the genuine brand maker Lancôme have confirmed that the company is not a genuine authorised stockist of the perfume. Do not be taken in by fake reviews or their response to state they have supplied evidence to customs as this will absolutely not be the case give. They are not an approved supplier and will be unable to evidence the supply chain.
I have requested formal evidence of the claims supplied in the response to my review, but unsurprisingly they have been unable to support these claims as the products are clearly fake. Stating evidence has been supplied to ‘relevant authorities’ is not evidence of the authenticity of the product supplied.

Fragrance lasts 10 mins max
I bought the creed and Louis vuitton aftershave. Doesn't smell the same and lasted for approx 10 mins regardless of how many sprays. I emailed them before buying and after but no response. If it's to good to be true it is. Expensive for this

I ordered Themera Honey 240g (10 boxes) from Turkish Souq. At first, I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews, so I decided to email them to ask about their delivery process and requested safe packaging.
Let me tell you please don’t judge only by some reviews! The team replied to me, packed my order very safely, and delivered it super fast. I was really impressed with their service and how carefully they handled my request.
I can’t thank them enough for the quick delivery and excellent packaging. I’m so happy with my order and will definitely shop with them again.

My purchase was not a high value item, 3x shower gels not available in the UK. There was a delay due to a customs issue but the company called and emailed to let me know and it was resolved pretty quickly. Products well packaged with bubble wrap and plans so no leaks or breakages.
