Returned Items
I did not receive one product the cargo company informed me that they will return it to Turkish Souq(3 boxes of A+1) and you did not contact me for any returned item or a refund . They said that one of the products was prohibited by Qatari customs, but when I opened the package, I found only the cover and description without the product.

Company shipped item to the United States. It did not have the proper paperwork for customs. I notified them through email . After no less than 10 emails and calls, I asked customs to return item. A waste of $15.00 shipping for a $10.00 item.
