Turmeric and Honey Reviews 

It is a scam. They send incomplete order. Typically the most expensive item is missing and then do not respond to e-mail and phone calls. If you take a look there is no customer Service and that is for a reason.

Edit: Company finally responded after my review in TrustPilot. So they fixed a mistake and that is great but complete lack of customer service is a major red flag.

My orders have been well packed and delivered in the time frame . The staff, pharmacist and Nina have all been very pleasant on the phone . The pharmacist was very knowledgeable and helpful. Nina the homeopath and owner willingly gave me her time to help sort important homeopathic support for my husband and I have been grateful for her knowledge when helping me as my previous homeopath has retired to Spain. The whole family have items from the shop and we were all pleased to find Tumeric and Honey as our homeopath retired. I will be ordering again soon. Marian.

I was concerned after reading some reviews following my order, but the items were received within a couple of days. Really happy with the service and would order again.

Avoid! They do not send items and take your money and mess you around on the phone. Contact your bank

Order took 13 days to arrive and was missing the most important thing in the order. Joke

So glad I found this company, have now ordered several times and never had a problem. They have products that can be difficult to source and at a good price compared to elsewhere. Staff are always very helpful if I have had a query. Very happy with the service I have received.

I have ordered from them a good 3-4 years now and each time they provided excellent service and respond time. My delivery experience have also been great so far.

Was Sus as there are negative reviews but got my cytoplan order very quickly from these guys took about 2 days. So, very pleased.

This company is a SCAM. They take your money and then never ship the order you purchased. When you contact them to request a refund, they don't respond. This is FRAUD.

I was scared to place the order at first because of the reviews, but this website was the only one that had the product in stock. I decided to take the risk and placed the order. To be honest, I ordered it on June 28th and received it today! It was really quick, so I can’t complain.

I bought Just bee honey and tumeric.
I took it twice and didn’t get a good response whether it does bad before good like a lot of health products.
I had severe stomach pain and have coincidentally gained weight.
I think I will stop.

I am a bit of a baby and need to feel better or I give it up.

Babies can’t eat honey until they are above 2 years old.

Received my second order- no idea what any of the previous negative reviews are about...? Very strange. Don't be put off by them. Much better customer service here than any other health-related website, on a par with Ainsworths, who like T&H allow you to call up or call in.

The shop selection is excellent, the order is full and even had a very thoughtful addition included tailored to what i was buying. Even got an email through with a recipe just as I was deliberating dinner which I used. Great stuff. Wish I'd found this shop sooner.

Great selection of products - specifically Quicksilver Pure PC which has been hard to find- fast next day delivery and great customer service 😊 Great shopping experience!

Always deliver quickly. I had an issue with delivery ( Royal Mail) and within 24hours Tumeric and Honey sorted it and I had my product re delivered. Highly recommend!!

And on my last order, I accidentally made a mistake with my shipping address, and customer support was very quick and accomodating to help me. So, they really deserve the best rating possible.

I placed an order and did not receive it. Over a month ago. I have tried to contact them via email and messager but no reply. Missed orders happen but I am just not getting any reply back. I would not recommend using them at all.

This company sold back dates batches and unsafe product for children. They admitted the mistake but after that there was no response, no resolution and no accountability.
When it comes to children’s safety, this level of negligence and lack of follow up is unacceptable. I would strongly advise other parents to be cautious.
Even i didn't ask for money refunded, they did it by their own wish..really strange

I ordered on 22nd November, had dispatch confirmation on 24th November, but never received anything. Chased on 1st December, and again on 2nd etc., was told it has been dispatched and I'd receive more information, but since then I've heard nothing. Tried ringing but just got a recorded message saying their phone lines were closed due to how busy they were. I never received details (despite multiple requests) of who it was sent via, so couldn't track with delivery company. I've raised a chargeback request via my payment card, as at present I've paid for goods I've not received, and am getting nowhere with Turmeric & Honey. Disappointing as they looked like a good business; if I was in London I'd go into the shop to find out what's going on but that's not feasible. Do not recommend - wish I'd read Trust Pilot before ordering. Lesson learnt.
