Everything was perfect. Once I ordered it . I wanted to know when it would be delivered. They immediately got in touch with me and told me when it would be delivered. I would definitely use them again.

Very good for everything I need for my carving and pyrography hobby. Also good advice product given over the telephone.

Part of the order was incorrect.
The replacement was delivered 3 days later than expected, delivery driver running late.

Prompt and attentive service from polite and informative staff.

I've only used the company twice up to now, no complaints as such, but on the second order they didn't let me know that they couldn't find one of the items that I ordered, I had to ring them to find out why my order hadn't been delivered. delayed orders need to be flagged up with the customer, I will still order from them again.

Always been great for the last 4 years, but this order and my order before did not impress, last order got sent by Royal Mail instead of DHL but had no postage applied to it, so I had to go collect it and pay the postage. This order just seemed to be forgotten, got email telling me a date for delivery, but looking on the website it was still waiting to be dispatched. With one day to go before expected delivery, I rang up and they apologised and promised it would arrive next day, within an hour I got an automated message from DHL saying they had it and it would be delivered next day. Next day I got a message saying it had been delayed by 24hrs and it would not be delivered that day. If I hadn’t of rang up after waiting over a week, I think it would still be waiting to be dispatched.

I haven’t received my order from the 20th April, it was supposed to arrive between the 25th and the 29th of April, neither have I had any information about delays etc, it’s now the 2nd of May and I’ve just received a invitation to review my delivery not been able to get through on the phone either. Will order from elsewhere in future.
