Tutor Hunt has been great for us. The website is easy to navigate and their communication has been prompt and clear. The tutor we found, Louise, has been great for my son. After his first session he came off buzzing, saying how amazing the session had been and how great Louise was. She is calm and friendly and explains things simply and clearly. She also goes out of her way to do what is needed. We highly recommend Louise and the company.

We found Joe on Tutor Hunt. I honestly can’t recommend Joe enough. We’ve been using him for Maths and Physics tutoring for a while now. My son is generally motivated, but he’s still a teenager and has his moments. Joe has a brilliant approach and just 'gets' it. He is incredibly patient and has this easy-going way of keeping my son focused.
The in-person sessions have been the best choice for us. Joe is super reliable and has a way of explaining really deep, complex topics in a way that actually keeps things interesting. I appreciate that the tutor was conscientious enough to check which exam board and texts are being used for his GCSE subject. I also appreciate that you are charged after the lesson has taken place and you receive notifications concerning this. The tutor sends a summary of what’s been covered in the lesson and supporting notes.

My daughter and I wanted to learn some basic French in readiness for our holiday to France. Through Tutor Hunt we found an amazing tutor in Madeleine, who makes our 1 hour weekly lesson fun and interesting whilst gradually improving our spoken French. My daughter and I were both beginners with only a smattering of French words and phrases between us and after just 6 months we can read GCSE level French and understand how to use the present, past and future tenses. I’m amazed at how much we’ve learnt in such a short time. If you are looking for help with GCSE or A’Level French tutoring, Tutor Hunt would also be an excellent place to find your perfect teacher.
