Our son says he is learning every week and Kiran explains things well. Always starts on time and gets full hour of teaching.

Tutor hunt was recommended to me by a friend. It has helped me find a suitable tutor to support my daughter with her A Level Maths course work. The platform used is easily accessible on both laptops and iPads.

My daughter's maths tutor Jenni has been great for regular sessions to keep up with year 10 GCSE higher paper. She tracked progress and focused on targets from school when I sent them over. My daughter found the explanations very helpful.

Kavita responded promptly to our enquiry & we found a suitable slot for tuition. The sessions are tailored specifically & have been helpful and enjoyable. Kavita is punctual & reliable. Would definitely recommend! Thanks.

Phillip is helpful and a great communicator. He is quick at identifying areas that need work and ways to support and consolidate learning. He is great at helping students grasp concepts.

I’ve been using Tutor Hunt for years, but my recent experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

I was charged twice for a single lesson. I reported the issue through their feedback form, waited a week, then followed up by email. Still no response. I even tried calling the phone number on their website, but couldn’t reach anyone.

What’s most concerning is not just the double charge, but the complete lack of customer support. When something goes wrong, there is simply no way to get help.

A company’s quality shows when problems arise — and in this case, Tutor Hunt has failed badly. If this isn’t resolved soon, I will be forced to close my account and cancel my ongoing lessons, which is not something I want to do.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious.

Really easy to find a suitable tutor for my 15 year old daughter. Simple to set up and easy to describe what we wanted. She diligently dials in to her lesson every week,

My son is enjoying his A-level Maths lessons, James is patient and covers specific details of chosen topics, and explains methods well.

Their funding model shouldn’t be allowed. Taking a huge proportion of the lesson fee for nothing. I’m writing to my MP about these business practices. Taking such a huge amount, is akin to employment. In do doing so, they should offer workers rights and pay taxes accordingly.

I am so pleased i choose Daniella as an english tutor for GCSE.
My daughter really enjoys her lessons and Daniella adapts well to her capability level and is always encouraging and positive.

Lucinda Hunt, the tutor who has supported my daughter over the last year has been brilliant. My daughter lacked confidence, suffers with anxiety and was always afraid to ask her school teacher for help if unsure. Lucinda has built on her confidence and provided her with the time and attention she needed to prepare for her English GCSE. My daughter has completed her GCSE mocks this year and felt far more prepared and commented that she couldn’t stop writing (she’s never said that before). Lucinda has provided me with informed updates about her performance (far more than her school teachers ever have) I’d recommend Lucinda to anyone and I hope she’ll be able to support my younger daughter too.

Easy to search, lots of choice. We went for online tutoring. Tutor is very nice, knowledgeable and calm. Really helped my 14 yo son who was not keen on the idea of a tutor. Making a difference

My daughter started maths GCSE tutoring with Miss Chloe and after the first lesson she said she was super nice and really helped her a lot
