Bought the famous hoodie in Madrid…

Bought the famous hoodie in Madrid Spain. When I came back I saw a spot so when removing the colour of the sweater (grey) came of.
Sinds then I have send 2 mails to their customer service (hello at twojeys.com) but never even received a response (knowing I sent an email two months ago and another last month).

I really hope you can put this right..

pretty good jewelry with customer service downsides

I've bought multiple rings/necklaces from TwoJeys and have been extremely pleased with the quality, durability, and design of the jewelry. Can't speak to anywhere outside the US/UK but I've had no issue shipping to both places. However, the customer service isn't the most helpful sometimes. I'd recommend knowing your ring/necklace size before ordering to avoid it.

If you're ordering to the UK be mindful of the shipping fees (£70 fee on a £295 order), which they don't tell you could occur. Otherwise no complaints.

Do not but from this brand. They dont respond to emails , they take a lot of time to ship items, and if you have any problem they either will take weeks to respond or they will just lie .

Do not buy from this brand!

I placed an order that took a full month to be shipped, which was already a bad start. When it finally arrived, I decided to return it. I sent the package back, but the return was never delivered.

I contacted customer support and was told they would look into the matter with the courier (UPS). After a long wait, they replied saying the package had been stopped by the authorities and that there was nothing they could do.

In the end, I was left without the product and without a refund, even though I followed the return process correctly. The brand took no responsibility and simply blamed third parties.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the experience with TwoJeys.

Returned 3 sweats, only got refunded for 1

I returned 3 sweats to TwoJeys and followed all the instructions properly. However, I only received a refund for one of them. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times, but they still refuse to refund the money for the other two. Terrible customer service. Wouldn’t recommend.

No issues at all

I’m in the UK and when I ordered, I didn’t realise they were based in Spain, so I decided to look at Trustpilot for reviews, which had me worried as I was reading. I ordered a half zip sweatshirt, on 31st March, today is 5th April and I’m wearing it. If your order is over £135 then you will be charged import duty. If it is less, then you should be fine. Happy with my experience, and love the item.

Order not received, customer service doesn’t reply

Its been three weeks and I’ve not received my order and customer service doesn’t reply to my emails. On their website it says 4-7 day shipping to my country. Tracking doesn’t work. Money has been pulled from my account. Sad, because I really like their clothes and was looking forward to receiving my item, but most likely got scammed..

Good products, bad customer service. Avoid fees.

Products are nice and of great quality but do not order to the UK, you will be hit with customs fees. Twojeys doesn’t tell you this on there website even tho they technically offer free shipping. Also their contact email doesn’t get answered, sent multiple emails with no response. If you want to buy, then buy in store

Great designs, communication could be better

I ordered a ring from Twojeys. It arrived on time from Spain to the Netherlands. The design and quality are amazing. Unfortunately the ring was too big (even though I measured my finger according to their instructions).

Customer service didn’t respond quickly through e-mail and Instagram. But on the website I found a way to easily return the ring and get a smaller size without extra charge.

Since I love the designs from Twojeys and now I know my actual ring-size ai would buy here again. Thank you!

AVOID BY ANY MEANS

I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS! I ordered a ring from them for almost a month ago and still didn’t get it. It should have been a present for my boyfriend but it did not arrive. Absolutely horrible experience. Customer support is useless and helpless, they refuse to give me a refund for the time I’ve lost while I was waiting for item to come. The only one answer from them was «package seems to be lost». They just could sent an another item instead, and afterwards resolve their problems with couriers. Or just get a refund to a customer in that case. There are many professional resolutions to situations like that, but they chose just to do nothing. Do not recommend at all! Avoid.

I still haven’t received my order after…

I still haven’t received my order after two weeks (#299256) and customer service is not getting back to me. DHL tracking is nonexistent. Livechat is not workingg either, I think it’s just an add-on to look goodt on the website.

Deck Bracelet

I’ve recently bought their bracelet (deck bracelet), I’ve only had it for 2 weeks until it broke where one of the links came off, picking up the singular link, it reopened so easily which shocked me.

2/5, loved the design but it’s so fragile.

SCAM

Ordered two rings. Took ages to arrive and didn't fit but i wanted to exchange one of the two for a different size.
I followed all the instructions..
It has been weeks since i sent the package back, i have sent countless emails to "customer support" and there has been no reply.
It is a scam. 100%. do not use buy from these people.

Most likely scammed me

Placed an order 14 days ago which I have not received. I have reached out to their non-existant customer support a couple of times for them to confirm my order was indeed on it's way, but with no responses. Money has been withdrawn, but not a word since order confirmation which stated that I'd receive a message when the order would ship. As of now, this company is a scam and cheated me of 300 euro. Stay away
