Decent product, but the rest.....
Decent product, I like it overall, but.
Terrible, terrible customer support, almost non-existant. Had to wait years for an email response and even when I got it it was barely helpful.
The packaging was shameful. They could've at least put some bubble wrap in the box to protect the product's box, especially when you are creating for yourself the image of a prestigious jewlery brand.
Altough I believe the product( a silver necklace) is alright, the lack of customer support and the fact that they couldn't even bother to package it properly will definetely make me not want to purchase from them again.
Never received order SCAM!!
I made and paid an order 28 days ago and still have not received it, transportation company just states it as cancelled. I have been trying to contact customer service via email (they do not offer any telephone assistance) since 19th of December and still received no answer. I would definitely NOT TRUST this company ever again.
Empty box
When I received my order the shipment box arrived sealed and intact, however, when I opened the Twojeys jewellery box it was completely empty. I have emailed customer support but I am concerned as I have seen reviews criticising their customer support.

I have an open order that has not yet been shipped but they have removed the money from my bank account. There is very poor if any way to get an answer from customer service. It seems like a scam and all the five star reviews seems fake. Please send the order or refund the money!

One of the best brand experiences
One of the best brand experiences. All the standard things you would expect were above average - packaging is nice, quality and design is great etc + you get a lil extra with your purchase (in the BF sale I received a scratch to win card). The customer service was exceptional, Gaurav helped me with my unique issue and and helped with minimal friction, going above and beyond.
Never sent replacement- Scam
Bought a bracelet in the London store, next day it broke. Got in touch with twojeys via email, they replied, offering me to return it for a replacement or refund. I chose to return for a replacement. The broken bracelet arrived with them almost a month ago (I can see via the tracking ref) and I have not received a replacement or refund. Sent numerous emails over the last couple of weeks to chase this, no response. Absolute scam!!
2 weeks and they didn't shipped yet
I made an order 2 weeks ago in Black Friday, they confirmed but I have no news about my shipping. Im waiting them to ship my order, already sent a few emails and I they didn't answer me or give me some news about my order. Don't know how can I solve this problem
Poor communication
Ordered 2 items over black Friday which unfortunately didn't fit my partner so I sent a exchange form in and sent my parcel back the next day. My parcel has since been delivered back to them by UPS a week later and have since heard nothing as to my new order being shipped out and tracking on their page still says in transit. Having sent multiple emails and heard nothing I feel I'm going to have to get in contact with my bank to either receive a full refund or urge them to send my parcel out ASAP. First and last time ill be ordering from them.

Currently still waiting for a response to numerous emails I have sent. Website says responds in 48 hours it has been over a week.
Had to send order back with the courier as I was being charged additional charges on delivery. Very disappointed and now want a full refund but no response.

Amazing designs on everything, great fit for the hoodies, and unique styles for the jewelry. Overall one of the best brands in the current market for accessories and jewelry. The only small detail is that some rings may bend with frequent wear, but apart from that 10/10! ⭐️⭐️

Silver ring
I bought a silver ring, than i found out that it wasn’t my size, so i ask for the return. There was the option for send the wrong size to receive the right one for free. They were very quick.

Disappointed with Product Quality and Customer Service from TWOJEYS
I purchased a silver necklace from TWOJEYS, expecting a high-quality product based on the brand’s reputation and pricing. Unfortunately, after wearing it for just 1-2 weeks, the necklace began to discolor and turned black, which was surprising given the care I took with it. This level of tarnishing in such a short time is concerning for something marketed as silver.
When I reached out to TWOJEYS customer service, I was provided with a standard reply, which included a link to their silver care guide. I followed all the recommendations, but sadly, the discoloration persisted. While I appreciated the response, it didn’t resolve the issue or address my concern about the necklace’s rapid deterioration.
To gain further clarity, I consulted with a silver specialist who informed me that the necklace might not be solid silver, but rather silver-plated, which would explain the discoloration. This left me feeling uncertain about the material quality.
While I understand that issues can happen, I was disappointed that there wasn’t more proactive customer support or a solution offered. I hope TWOJEYS will take this feedback into consideration and perhaps offer more transparency about their products. A refund or resolution would be appreciated, but more importantly, I hope this helps future customers make informed decisions.
EDIT: I have reached out to the customer service via email before and got a similar standard reply as here. Even though I told them that I have tried to clean it the way they were suggesting and that I treated it the way they are explaining in the policies.
The email reply came after 2 minutes and still they were apologising for the late response. This shows that it was either an automated reply or just a copy paste reply without even reading or addressing what I was writing.

An absolute Joke of a company
Absolutely disgusting from the company. I Paid £175 and was charged £47 on top by UPS for Fees & Taxes AT MY DOOR.
Two Jeys do not make this clear. They have it in small print saying you may have to pay etc. At no point do they say it will be 30-40% of your purchase. This company is a con. I have never once seen this by any company not paying the taxes themselves.
Also - the quality is poor. Cheap & Nasty. Not close to how much they charge.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
