When they eventually arrived they were brilliant. I now hope that my heating bills will be considerably lower. I never expected there to be so much black mud in my system as, in theory, it had been 'serviced' every year.

I don’t do reviews. But for this I wish I could give it no stars. I was constantly pestered for 3 days before I reluctantly allowed them to come out to my property. It cost me almost £2000 of my own savings and the fitter who came out had absolutely no manners or no respect. Left stains all over my bathroom toilet when he kept going every hour. I am in my 80s and they would not leave me alone. All these positive reviews have got to be made up. Would not recommend as they are scammers and just completely rude. And absolutely horrible people who just seem to pray on the elderly like me. Just please be careful with this company.

Constant calls and pressure tactics was used to get over a thousand pounds out of my elderly dad. All they did was flush his radiators. Con men is all they are please avoid

Cold called an elderly relative. Engineer/ assessor turned up late in the evening and scared them into believing they needed over £1000 of work doing because ' they should condemn the system it's that bad'. Claimed the work would be discounted from £1500 to £1100 for being older but that looks like the standard price.
Left them too afraid to turn the heating on and terrified how they were going to pay but made them believe it was needed for safety.
Two local engineers from 2 separate companies stated price was extortionate and the work would cost much less. Also that the work wasn't actually needed, it was an issue with one radiator.
Luckily managed to cancel the job before the contractors arrived.

Don't you do less than one star? Very well trained group.... at cold call sales. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Currently working Gateshead area I believe.

Scam. Do not do business with this company. The business prey on the elderly and scam for £1100 for services that are not required and not undertaken
If you have had work done then do not pay until you have assessed the work.
Customer service Do not return calls.

Arrived on time. Lads were very well mannered and explained everything very well. Kelvin and Deecan was our engineers.

Deacon and Kelvin came out to flush my system today and they were very professional in the way they did things. They showed me the results at the end of the service and I was in true shock. The staff are very courteous in the way they do their job I strongly recommend.

The work done (cleaning house radiator system and fitting filter etc) was carried out by two people. They were courteous and friendly, and carried out the work well and efficiently. We do not know yet if the desired effect (energy saving) will be achieved.
