From the virtually immediate telephone call pick up, John Weatherill provided me with exceptionally professional service to set up my home insurance. I live abroad and it's not always easy to deal with such important matters over the phone, but John was clearly well experienced these issues and sorted my policy with great efficiency. I insured a vacant property I was selling and they provided a short term policy and close to the end they called me to see if it was needed again, no pressure just a polite and very useful call.

First agent provided me with a building & insurance quotation which when I tried to purchase the following day the agent I spoke to told me the quote was invalid and the requote was even more expensive.

Unfortunately, they were provided me with inaccurate information about my policy and despite providing them the updated information on my side they have ignored it. Really bad and unresponsive customer service when it come to queries outside renewal.

Y'll have seen other reviews and can confirm that Big john was top notch. Knowledgeable, helpful and concise. Especially pleased how he accurately highlighted the bits of the small print I should pay particular attention to.

I live overseas and needed to have policies for two properties that I own in the UK, one that is occupied and the other unoccupied.
I found that this type of cover is very difficult to find, but John Summerill at UK Insurance managed to find both for me.
He gave a professional, knowledgeable and personal service, so I could not ask for better.
