Excellent service from UK meds only problem was the delivery as it was left outside my front door the bell was not rung as I live in a flat so I have a outside door as well as a front door.

Always totally reliable. Orders processed quickly despatched and delivered on time every time.

Deceitful company.

Make it incredibly difficult to cancel subscriptions whilst pretending it can be easily done by accessing your account. Pretends it has a live chat option for customer service - It does not!

All that happens when you press the live chat button is you get the option to send them a message which they say will be responded to within 24 hours and then when you do that it suddenly changes to 48 hours. You can’t ring either.

This company sums up all that is wrong with the internet. I’ll be glad when more legislation comes in next year regarding subscriptions because companies like UK Meds take the piss. I will now never use them again and advise you not to either.

I have not received my inhaler your courier left behind bins in our car park and has gone missing i have been trying to get hold of you for 3 days sent you 6 emails without reply courier company know so would you if you read your emails please supply my inhaler what I paid over a week ago

This is the second time i have needed to order some meds and i am very impressed with the straight forward and efficient service. Ordered late wednesday night, confirmed by pharmacist. shipped and then delivered friday. Brilliant in a world of sadly poor service these days
