So far so good

So far so good. Searching and finding what I was looking for was relatively easy. And check out was a breeze. The price was very reasonable so I am hoping that the quality works for what I’m looking for.

At the start of my shopping there was…

At the start of my shopping there was an intrusive request for my email and text number. The bait was a 10% discount, so I took the bait. But after all of that I received no email or text and no discount at check out. I completed my order, paying full price without the discount.

It's now a half hour later, I being intruded upon with a review request, and I still haven't received any other communication. Why intrude and trifle with me if I don't get the discount?

great website to use and navigate

The website was very easy to navigate. The description of the products was very defined and color options were easy to use. The way the products are displayed is excellent as is the side pictures showing their use. check out is easy and efficient. the umbra website really a pleasure to buy from.

I love umbra and I wanted more umbra

I love umbra products and I really wanted to purchase the new black paper towel holder that comes out in March 2022 but no matter what I did to pre-order, it wouldn't go through and I wanted to use my 20% off coupon code but instead bought the house tissue holders I love instead :(
