Very difficult to order on line

Very difficult to order on line. Customer service, couldn’t understand them. Finally placed order to find no discount as offered. Rang customer service again and it couldn’t be changed. They Suggested when item received send it back! I wouldn’t have bothered with this palaver if it wasn’t for a wanted present. Terrible customer service

Not what I asked for

I placed an order on November 15th, and the order was supposed to be delivered November 25th. I noticed a shipping label was created, but the order was never picked up. This was likely due to the Canada Post strike. As the order was still with Under Armour, I decided to ask UA customer service if it was possible to change the carrier. At first the rep told me to send a different address and that the package could be sent to a physical address. I sent a physical address (as opposed to a PO Box), as requested. I then received a message saying that the items were out of stock and a refund had been issued. I never once asked for a refund. I asked IF the shipping method could be changed. I got these items during a sale, so I’ve also now missed out on that. Once I responded to the rep stating I never once asked for a refund, I got nothing but silence. I’m not at all pleased with how my question was handled. I hope that in the future, Alex Y. will consider what is being asked by the customer, and not make decisions on their behalf. I’ve been a loyal customer of under Armour, however, experiences like this certainly put a damper on the way I view the company.

Dumbest website

My account is under MY name, my unidays account is under MY name, yet for some reason my code was authorized to the CARD HOLDER who is my friend who offered to help pay for my stuff. How does that make sense? My order then got cancelled for SECURITY MEASURES. I explained to customer support that the code is under MY name, and their response? "oh I'm sorry, it's authorized to another user". They can't even fix the issue through their system, thank goodness the payment didn't go through or I'd be amazingly pissed at the response I got for a code that should be authorized to the UniDay account holder, which is me!

FAULTY ITEM AND POOR RESOLUTION…

FAULTY ITEM AND POOR RESOLUTION OFFERED.

Order number - #UKIE-01760620

I purchased a pair of leggings which then failed 10months later after a handful of wears. I contacted customer care expecting a replacement to be sent out or a full refund to be provided and I provided multiple images of the faulty item with now cannot be used.

I communicated with customer care over several days to finally be offered a £40 voucher. However this cannot be used on sale items or on any order with a sale item, and I bought the original item at sale price. So to receive a replacement, I would have to purchase a full price item and therefore spend more money - paying twice over to have only one functional item.

The customer support advisor skirts around the actual issue and request and tried to imply that under armour are being very generous with this unhelpful voucher.

I am very unhappy and disappointed with this support, I have been a repeat customer and now I have to resolve the fault by paying more for a new item? It does not make sense.

Under Armour new trash

Under Armour new trend , is scamming people money by selling the trash of clothing and once shipped to the client they avoid any contact with the client to answer his calls for return or refund , they deny their customer service number , this trashy business is an insult to the American business .

Public Feedback on Under Armour Experience

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Under Armour. I ordered a pair of shoes (Order Number: OC-00558517, Product Number: UA3028486001-08F), and not only did I receive a defective product the first time, but the replacement they sent was also defective.

Despite reaching out to their customer service multiple times, I was met with no meaningful resolution or follow-up. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disrespectful of my time. I’ve had no choice but to throw the shoes away, as they were unusable.

After this experience, I will no longer be purchasing from Under Armour, and I highly recommend others consider alternatives if they expect reliable service and quality products.

Shocking Customer Service

Purchased waterproof golf shoes that soaked my husbands feet the first time he wore them. Contacted UA customer service to return them but as we bought them from a shop (4 hours from where we live) they won’t accept a return. Shocking customer service and shocking quality of £150 shoes.

Don’t purchase any UA from anywhere you cannot return the item to.

Complete and utter rubbish

Complete and utter rubbish. Tracksuit, probably not worth ten pence. How do review sites suggest that this make is anything more than the worst possible material thrown together? Probably the worst piece of clothing I have ever found in my long life!

I returned an item, using their labels and instruction. It is lost and now my fault, even thought they acknowledge bad labels and instructions!

I ordered from UA website, (normally use other sellers). Placed an order, as soon as it arrived, it was clear it wasn't what I'd ordered.
Went to returns, followed the instructions, used the label provided in the package, checked it had addresses correctly and the parcel has been lost.
Apparently from this point and after numerous mails back and forth, they have advised this is my fault, whilst acknowledging their instructions were poor and the envelope should have gone to Fed-Ex. No reference to this in any communication at all.
What a load of rubbish and what a shyster company.

Disappointed!!!

While my family does like UA sports cleats, I will no longer be ordering from here. I placed an order on 8/1/24 and got an estimated delivery date of 8/8/24. On 8/15/24 I still hadn’t received my order so I reached out to UA and was told because I live in Hawaii I had to wait until 8/29/24 for my order to arrive before I could request a replacement or refund. On 9/1/24 I still did not receive my order so I reached out again and was then told delivery to Hawaii could take up to 8 weeks and I just had to wait a couple more weeks before they would offer any other resolution. Mind you, according to the tracking info provided, my order had sat in Chino, CA since 8/13/24 with no movement until 9/5/24. I’ve ordered from Nike and Adidas and have always been able to get my order within 2 weeks or less which is reasonable. I’m disappointed with UA and their unwillingness to rectify their issues. My address was provided during checkout and if I knew that it would take 8 weeks to receive my order I never would have bothered ordering from them in the first place. I will stick to Nike and Adidas from now on.

No recomendable

Español: Lo siento pero no recomiendo estos boxers. La costura interior es muy dura, lo que provoca irritación al caminar y no son confortables. Es sorprendente que en un producto de este precio no cuiden estos detalles como sí hacen otras marcas de ropa interior. Una pérdida total de dinero.

English: I'm sorry but I don't recommend these boxers. The interior seam is very hard, which causes irritation while walking and is not comfortable. It is surprising that in a product of this price they do not take care of these details like other underwear brands do. A total waste of money.

Not as described golf shoes

Ordered Under Armour Charge 2 wide golf shoes from major golf direct, I specifically ordered because it says wide, they are not wide, far from it, they have to be the tightest fitting shoe either golf or normal shoe I have experienced in my whole life (63)
Of course the company won't return the postage costs even though they are not as described 🙄

Very Bad Customer Service

They charged my card twice for a pair of shoes at the I Utama store and were very unhelpful in giving me a refund. After a month when the money was still not refunded, they just asked me to contact the e-wallet provider, and would not even share any reference number or contact !. Very very lousy customer service.

Worst customer service. Rep Rodelyn repeatedly gave false information. Supervisor called me upon request but also provided awful customer service and did not resolve the problem.

Bought 10 cold gear 3 fell apart in one wash.Compant could care less that they cost 55.00 each observed customer service once again you call you get operator that doesn't speak English or no sense at all.Will never bye from trash companies like thus again
