Simon is a very pleasant and professional manager. He took the time to help us choose our carpets without making us feel that we were being 'sold' to. The young man Steve who measured up for us was polite and careful.

Great service from start to finish
Our experience at the Sleaford store of United Carpets was a very positive one. Stephen, the salesman, was very pleasant and knowledgeable without being too pushy and helped in our choice of carpet. The carpet fitter, Craig, layed the carpet with no fuss and did an excellent job. Would recommend both the store and fitter to anyone looking to change their carpets.

Exactly what I was looking for
Exactly the right carpet in exactly the right colour.
Sales staff member was knowledgeable and helpful.
Only downside was the carpet widths were a lot wider than the average room, a hell of a lot of wastage that I paid for only to be binned as they only sell in linear
Carpet fitter was very good
