Got just what we wanted at a great price and with friendly and helpful service. Delivery was on time and the delivery staff were great too.

Anton was a great help from choosing are carpets and flooring to organising the fitting etc it was smooth and professional. Would recommend as nothing was too much for him. Thank you again Anton 🙂 xx

I have had carpets supplied and fitted a couple of times by St Helens branch. Anton has always been very helpful and patient. He goes above and beyond to ensure you're happy with your product and everything is how you expect it to be. So much so I am returning again to purchase flooring for my new home. Highly recommended.

Really helpful in store helped to pick best carpet for what I needed and also suggested taking books home to make sure as can look different in different lighting which was useful. Fitter Andy I would highly recommend he was so helpful on the day and communicating about date and time for fitting my home was left lovely and tidy like the carpet fairies had been and I am delighted with my new stairs and landing carpet thanks xx

Good service and support in the shop picking our lounge carpet. The installation team were very professional and did a magnificent job in what is a large awkward room. Left nice and tidy. Overall very impressed again. This was the 4th room you have done for us this year.

From initial contact the St. Helens store manager and sales assistant understood my needs, my requirements and met them 110%. Excellent service from the point-of-sale to the actual fitting of the new carpets. Can’t thank United Carpets & Beds enough. My new home looks amazing with their product.

I went to United Carpets for the first time to pick a vinyl for my kitchen. I am new to picking flooring so was a little unsure on what to pick. Anton in the shop was amazing and really helped me to pick the right flooring for me, he could not have done any more. He set time expectations and gave me a price that I was more than happy with.

I had two young fitters turn up, Andy and Nathan, their service went above and beyond. They were polite, friendly and delivered an excellent level of customer service. The fitting was up to the highest standard and I am over the moon with how my vinyl looks. I will absolutely be using United Carpets again - thank you for making my experience smooth and easy.

Hassle free service in store,We was allowed to browse without any pressure and the 2 lads who turned up was very polite and have done a brilliant job

Edit: I was put in touch with the fitter through the shop, who categorically denied all wrong doing and insinuated that I had put the scratches in myself. He was rude, aggressive and refused to come to any conclusion, stating that it was my word against his. Absolutely appalled by this and will never use United Carpets again. If you are reading this and live in the St Helens area, avoid them.

Great in the shop - efficient and helpful. The fitting was another story. In and out in 10 minutes and left a series of deep scratch marks all along the (new!) skirting boards, where they must have cut the carpet to size.

The sales person was really helpful.He was able to call at my home address to measure up within 2 days of me choosing me carpet.He also gave me the number for a joiner as a door will need to be planed.Very helpful and polite.Thank you United Carpets.

Easy to order.
Was supposed to be fitted 18th December but we were told carpet hadn’t arrived. Rearranged for 20th December and promised we would have it fitted first thing in the morning
Fitter arrived at 11.30.
Messed up my whole day. I called the store who were unapologetic
