Excellent customer service by Adam the meter reader.
Today a young man called Adam came to read my meter. He struggled to get near it because some things had fallen over in his way. I told him to leave the meter reading and I would do it myself later. That would’ve been after I get somebody to lift and empty the water filled items that had fallen in its way. He very kindly emptied the water and moved the items and stacked them. Which was a massive help to me as I have spinal injuries and couldn’t do it myself. But it was also something he didn’t have to do, he chose to do it, he asked did I live alone. And he could see that I probably couldn’t manage it myself. I give him 10 out of 10 for customer service. Only took him a couple of minutes. It would’ve taken me forever to try to do them. He gives United utilities an excellent friendly customer facing company and an excellent impression to the customers. I hope they send him my 10/10 review.
