Had a great conversation with Karen B from billing. She put my mind at rest straight away, addressed immediate threat of high direct debit and worked me through how to check my water usage and check for leaks. Really lovely, professional and efficient.

Bills arrive clearly and on time, it’s easy to view everything online, and my usage is simple to understand. The water supply is consistent with good pressure and very few interruptions or issues. When I’ve needed help or had a query, the team were polite, friendly and sorted things out quickly. Updating my details was straightforward and no hassle at all.
