I'm really happy with the duvet cover, pillowcases & bedspread I bought. The colours are lovely, good quality, soft material. I also received it alot quicker than I expected to. I'm a first time customer & I would definitely buy their products again.

This company sells quality goods and is very helpful. I would thoroughly recommend them. I absolutely love the new blanket I purchased from them and it arrived in reasonable time. It would have been helpful to have know that the goods were coming from abroad as then I wouldn't have had to ring about delivery, but I have nothing negative to say.

The rug bought is good value and quality, so far we're pleased with it. However, it was a massive chore to get it delivered.

UPS were atrocious, when I got my delivery date I immediately changed it online to a day I would be in, and contacted Urbanara who confirmed the change. UPS ignored this, attempted delivery and then without any permissions they left a 3 metre long rug sat at a tiny 9-5 newsagent collection point across town, that I had no way of getting to during working hours. I rang up UPS 3 times to sort redelivery. On second date they ignored my request completely. At that point I gave up and have had to wait until the weekend and drive it home myself with the boot open.

To top it off the newsagent decided to give me an earful about leaving it at his shop for a week and not ordering deliveries for when you're not in!

Simply, not with the effort.

Ordered 2 blankts which were on special offer and very good value for money. Arrived within a few days.

Lovely rug at a good price. Service was excellent with full email information and parcel tracking.

Urbanara bedding is rather special. It's beautiful quality, lovely colours and LOVE the zip enclosures. Would like to see more bedding combo examples with details of the exact products used. I am a textile designer so found it easy to choose, but they would sell so much more if they did this!! It's a fantastic quality brand and affordable. I used voucher codes to help the cost too. Converted and happy with my purchases.
