The order was delivered as you would expect. The "nette rose" piece itself: lovely details, high quality and well made. Sadly the wrong size arrived. However, after getting in touch with the support team the right size was sent to me in no time. Customer Service was fast, professional and very friendly. All in all a very good experience.

I absolutely love the NAE vegan boots I ordered from Urbankissed. Urbankissed is based outside the U.K. so order took a bit longer (just over 1 week). I was kept up to date with the delivery by urban kissed customer service who were great. Overall really happy and would recommend this company.

I'm really happy with my purchase. The quality is really good and boht the top and the shorts fit really nicely. I received the items I purchased within a couple of weeks (I'm UK based) and despite not being clear on when they were shipped I received prompt response when I enquired about that. I appreciated the small packaging to reduce waste product.

The sizing is perfect. I sent along my sizes in the notes section and I haven’t had any other lingerie that fits this well. I love wearing something that feels like it was made for me!
