The customer service is very friendly and really helped me find the ideal size for me. It really made a difference and I was in the end very happy with my order.

I ordered an quite expensive shirt 2 month ago. Everywhere else it was on preorder but nothing mentioned here - it was a bit more expensive than at the other sellers though but I wanted it for a special occasion.
After the delivery date has passed I ask them about the shirt and they tell me its on preorder and it will arrive during the next month - damn.
Well I wait and the month has passed and we're now two month in and they have not answered my last two mails I've sent during the past week.
I hope you'll get in contact with me when writing this, my very first complain ever.

As answered below by Urbanised, they did escalate their communication quite a bit on e-mail, sms and WhatsApp - multiple times during the weekend. A bit much but thank you for answering me though!
I have my sent mails to you in my outbox - I've replied to your emails (it says in you mails too reply there or on the website) from reply(a)replain-mail(dot)com (maybe there's a problem with that).
Nevertheless it seems like a red herring fallacy because this order is way overdo at this point that my 2 e-mails last week (that you may or may not received) are fairly irrelevant to you not giving me heads-up during the process with the delay.

Something went wrong with my order and they answered my questions with kindness and the problem was solved immediately. They also clearly care about the products they sell and about the people who buy them.

Amazingly friendly, caring and attentive service, high quality products, lovely packaging - I can really recommend urbankissed to everyone!

My order was more beautiful in person than in the photos, I loved the reusable and compostable package it came in, shipping went smoothly and my package arrived earlier than expected. Overall, I am so happy that I found this company and I don't know what I love more, their mission or their products!

The shoes are beautiful and comfy, i usually wear size 40 but in this case the shoes were too small. Custom Service reacted promply and sent me a new pair beautiful and fitting White Sneakers. Looking forward to wear Them with everything as soon as winter is over! :)

I love a conscious webshop, obviously, but especially when they sell my favourite lingerie brand - Nette Rose. Browsing an online store just feels so much better when you know that whatever you decide on has been picked with care.
I have no complaints about the whole ordering process or the delivery. Everything was very clear. Processing my order took about a week and delivery was maybe a few days after I had received the e-mail that my order was shipped. Please note that I ordered a handmade item, so I was fully prepared to wait a bit.

The bag I bought is handmade in Greece and very high in quality as well as precious to me due to its sustainable and personal background.
Buying products from urbankissed makes me feel good knowing to invest in valuable fashion.

Urbankissed has customer service that may be the best I have ever dealt with. From their chat function on the website to e-mails with them, they were always kind, professional, helpful, and quick to respond. I needed some fabulous vegan leather boots in a short amount of time for a celeb shoot. The shop reached out and it wasn't looking like they would arrive on time. I told the shop not to worry about rush shipping my order, but somehow this wonderful shop prioritized my order and got the boots to California just in time from Poland!! The boots are beautiful and I'm so thankful for this slow and ethical shop <3 thank you!

Looking for a crop top, I found the webshop Urbankissed. I've been buying fair fashion since 2014 but hadn't heard of this shop before. I'm glad that I found it.
I ordered a white top in size S, which was delivered in a few days. When it turned out to be a bit too small, I returned it for a size M, which arrived within a week after sending back the size S.
The communication with Sophie was quick, friendly and helpful.
I can recommend Urbankissed to all fashion lovers who want to feel good in clothes made by other people who have a good life too.
Urbankissed is now added to my list of favorite webshops.

In love with the yoko bikini from Lilja the Label which I ordered on Urbankissed! Ordered two tops too see which one fit better and it was no problem sending the other one back with a paypal refund for the post costs, very happy with the service and my order :)
