I love the idea and the ethic behind Urbankissed.
It's like a world which contains a multitude of other worlds, all sustainable, fair, and also pretty. The labels seem chosen with care.
The customer service makes you feel welcomed and considered, they're helpful and really kind – kindness is something I value a lot, so that definitely matters when I have to decide where to do shopping.
I also appreciate that there are detailed explanations about the companies and the products.
From my experience, the shipments are always fast, the packagings are perfect, and the quality of the clothes is great.

Great customer service! I had an eye on a lingerie set which was sold out in my size. However, I texted through the chat box if there is any way of getting the size I wanted and the customer service absolutely delivered! Very quick response and fast shopping plus it's ethical which I absolutely love. The quality of the lingerie is great and the design is stunning.

It was my first time buying from Urbankissed and I was a little worried about the sizing and how long it would take to get my package, but neither were a problem! The package got here in a reasonable amount of time (considering I live in the US) and it fits great! The material is nice and I’ll definitely be buying from here again!

I absolutely love this Nette Rose set. It’s so delicate and intricate and pretty but is also comfortable and easy to wear unlike a lot of pretty lingerie. Was also surprised by the price—not cheap necessarily but so much less than other much less beautiful brands!

I received my organic cotton jumper and pair of vegan sneakers today and I love them a lot. The sneakers are very comfortable and the jumper is super soft and simply cool. The packaging was also eco-friendly and Urbankissed made sure that the delivery of both packages was super quick.

Unfortunately, my order was mistakenly sent to a different country and the pieces I received (vegan silk top and a dress)was way too small (size L and I'm not super big) and did not correspond to the style pictured...Sorry to say, but I've been disappointed...

baught an oceanchild swimsuit made from recyclable plastic material. texture was amazing, color so vibrant and woyld dry immediately despite being a one piece. so happy for that buy, highly recommended!

Although I wasn't notified of when the sandals shipped, I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived safely and in excellent condition about a month or so after purchasing. The packaging was cute. The shoes are great quality and look super cute. The color has darkened somewhat as I've used them in the sun and near water, but the effect isn't displeasing. Overall, great care and quality, but I would have liked a bit more communication about shipping. Thank you!
