Lack of comunication
No information about delivery after order. Sent 2 e-mails without any reply so far.
The facts are as I see it:
I posted and order on the 25th. of October. Waited for a dispatch mail that (until today (03.09) never showed up.
Sent 2 e mails 29.08 and 30.08, no replies.
Posted this review 31.08 and called Urbansurfer 01.09 and was told that there has been computerproblems but package was sent.
01.09 late evening I receive an e mail stating that They have not found my e mails because they ended in the spam folder. Then asking if I have received the package. I replied no.
Today I see a reply on trustpilot that They found one e mail from me and that they has send me a reply as well.

I was trying to find Black suede skate shoes (preferable the Animal Brand) for my son .. I knew what I wanted but couldnt find them .. Searched online and came across Urban Surfer .. Glad I did! They had the ones I wanted by "Animal" and in his size too .. Ordered them and they were delivered the next morning .. Super fast! My son is over the moon with his shoes .. Thank you Urban Surfer! Will use your site again and will recommend -x-
