Paid and never received the goods.
Placed an order on the 19th April, payment was taken and as of 28th May I have still not received the goods. UrbanSurfer have stopped responding to my emails, of which I have only received one telling me to check with my local post office. I checked with the post office of course and nothing was there. Strangely since that email I have received no responses to my follow up emails or voice messages.
I wouldn't recommend that you buy anything from this store, they seem to be dodgy! I had the credit card company open a dispute investigation and withdraw the payment in the end. Shockingly poor service!

Cheapest around AND good service!
I compared prices of Converse on lots of different websites and this site was the cheapest by quite a way. I was a bit worried that the shoes would never arrive at that price! I chose the cheapest, second class delivery option however they arrived really quickly before their estimated arrival date. Really pleased. Will definitely use this website again.

I had a problem with an item out of stock so they helped me find another product,with fast delivery so my Valentines present was here on time and I had one happy fiancee and couldn't have had better service from the customer service lady.i will use them again
