Early days but seems positive and simple

Easy so far. Just did the procedure. Not sure if there will be problems later. Usually, there are none. Haven't had a bad experience with Uswitch. Yet.

Just discovered that the new energy company prefers to use mobile numbers for customers accounts. I have no mobile. I'll have to call the helpline later,
when I have time.

Called helpline. Lack of mobile blocks me from using new energy company. Wish that this was made clearer on Uswitch. Will try another energy company.

Thank you so much for sharing your feedback. I completely understand your concern about being asked to provide a mobile number when switching to Fuse Energy. At the moment, Fuse Energy requires a mobile number to complete the switch, and unfortunately, landline numbers can’t be used for this process.

Uswitch showed one price but then...

The Uswitch webpage showed one price of £25 but when I saw the order confirmation it was £39. I felt tricked. It was sorted in the end by them applying a discount but this was a poor start and bad first impression of a company I haven't heard of until a few days ago. Seems to have been a mistake on YouFibre's end but Uswitch has to ensure their partnerships are solid hence the 3 stars.
