Utter crooks
Utter crooks! Tried to con my mother in law out of £180 for reducing her spam calls...what a joke as their call was unsolicited and therefore a spam call in itself, and untruthful looking at their website which professes to offer appliance and TV cover! The company appears to be based on the south coast where many of these sleazy scamming companies seem to be....AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Telephone scamming
Telephone scamming. Tried to get £60 to 'renew' a policy that I didn't have. Said I had to pay £90 to cancel it. If I didn't pay it would class as breach of contract. Emailed them for a copy of my contract and never heard another thing.

Thank you for your review. I can confirm we do not offer a policy at £60 for the year and we certainly don't charge for cancellations. It especially wouldn't make sense for us to charge more to cancel then to renew the policy. I have checked your name across our database and can not find any details. I was covered for a microwave
I was covered for a microwave, it broke down. They didn’t send me an engineer but within 2 weeks I had a brand new microwave that was more expensive then the last one! Can’t fault the service
