I placed an order to be delivered on December 30th, the driver "attempted" to deliver it, and by attempting I mean he made one measly little call and gave up. When I contacted customer service, they said there was "no safe space" to put the order so it was sent back to their fulfillment centre, and that it can be reshipped for a fee.
I informed them that what they were saying was a bunch of crap as the driver could have left the package with front desk and that I will not be paying to reship the package.
They are a corrupt business who will take your money. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THEM! It was my first and last time with them - never, ever again.
I would give a zero star if I could
I would give a zero star if I could. My problem is very similar to the last post, the Grinch that stole Christmas.
In good faith I ordered a Christmas hamper on the 20th Dec 2024. I was given a choice of dates so chose the 23rd Dec. Still not delivered and its now the 30th Dec. I have emailed many times only to get the same response to keep checking the tracking information. The tracking was useless as gave no information till this morning and I quote 'out for delivery by end of the 28th Dec' but it has still not been delivered and today is the 30th. Have asked for a refund and it is against their T&Cs apparently. So who looks after customer rights in this fiasco. Terrible company, avoid ordering anything.
The Grinch that stole Christmas
The Grinch that stole Christmas. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and deception with Vancouver Baskets that I received. On December 20, 2024, I placed an order for a holiday gift basket to be delivered to my friend by December 23, 2024. Despite your promise, the basket has not been delivered.
I have contacted your customer service multiple times via email, and I cannot get through by telephone and have been told that the issue lies with the courier company. However, I believe it is your responsibility to ensure that the service I paid for is fulfilled. I have verified that the delivery address provided was correct, and I used the address drop-down menu on your website to ensure accuracy.
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of resolution and the poor customer service I have received. I requested a full refund for the undelivered basket and an explanation of how this issue will be addressed to prevent future occurrences. I also see that they received a F from the Better Business Bureau and have generic/fake social media platforms as well.
