“I am not at all satisfied with my credit card. When I first obtained the Vanquis card, my credit limit was £1,200.00. However, because I suddenly became ill and was a few days late making one of my payments, my credit limit was reduced to £1,150. Even though about two years have passed since then, my credit limit is still £1,150.
No credit card provider increases the facilities or benefits for their existing customers. They always focus on finding new customers. An email requesting that a new account holder be appointed. However, rather than bringing in a new person, it would be better to strengthen the existing cardholders.

Vanquis credit card has helped me out.
Vanquis credit card has helped me out over the years. First they gave me a small amount of credit when no one else would and by doing that I was able to get back on my feet.
There rates are a little high but I was willing to go with that at the time.
