Generally product works well, but if there's an issue, it's hard to get Veeqo to fix things. Feels like, they just leave you with the issue to deal with it yourself or work it around yourself, with no... See more

Veeqo is a great tool to use when you are shipping orders. The ability to keep track of multiple SKUs, plenty of different options for shipping, all my costs, profits, and inventory. I only hope they continue to add different online shopping options such as Wayfair to the mix then it really will be a one stop shop option.
Excellent shipping software, the API is very capable we are waiting on deeper analytics and inventory in bin location. (:
Great platform to work with, pricing is great for shipping plus the cashback amaizing.
I appreciate the ease of use, the stability, the reporting (forecasting tool is nice) & the ability to manage multiple ecomm channels (if necessary).
I have been using Veeqo for the past six months, and it has significantly transformed the way we manage our inventory and orders. The platform is incredibly user-friendly, allowing us to seamlessly integrate our sales channels and streamline our operations.
Definitely is a new software with bugs but it's constantly being improved upon. General functionality is great.
Nice alternative to any app, ship and print is easy
Veeqo is great and getting better by the day. They are working out the kinks and we now use it for 99% of our shipping and all of our inventory. Most things work perfectly now after a few teething problems at first. We are looking forward to working with veeqo going forward. The support is second to none. They are receptive to new feature ideas. I like how it is run.
The integrations are very good, auto saving weights and dimensions for items is awesome, cost analysis for packages is great.
The first month is great, 5 percent back adds up. But after a month you get a couple pennies at best per shipment, I don't really see the point when Amazon has the same rates.
Customer service is helpful but you have to wait for it and it's more like animal service, no live connections.
If it were to go to a paid service I wouldn't use it.
They met me where I needed them and created label styles that I needed to be able to use them more efficiently. I really appreciated that.
I made the decision to go with Veeqo because of the fact it is owned by Amazon & had all the features I was ISO. I launched my new online biz & immediately got my first order!!! I had made a mistake when originally setting up my account. I was panicked! I contacted customer service & very calmly & politely Kevin came to the rescue!! It was one of those things that was very easily fixed but something I (or anyone else that was not a wiz) would have never, ever figured out!! So, thank you Kevin in customer support!! The order label got printed & is on its way! Thanks so much for your help today, Kevin! You are a Veeqo wiz! Plus you understand customer service!! They should make you a supervisor! I am looking forward to a continued awesome relationship with Veeqo!! Be well & StaySm:)in’!
We recently started using Veeqo for our business upon Amazon's recommendation, and the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. The software itself is awesome and has significantly streamlined our order processing.
I don't understand the negative reviews here. Yes, Veeqo isn't perfect, but when we notice something that needs improvement or changes, it is addressed very quickly. We see updates and improvements on a daily basis; they are continually enhancing their platform.
A special shoutout to Kevin, who went above and beyond to help us get our UPS account linked to the software. His expertise and patience made the process incredibly smooth. Kevin's support and dedication truly made a difference, and we couldn't be happier with the service we received.
Veeqo states that you can add images from a .csv file. We have been unable to do so. We opened a support ticket on this issue and have been waiting now for a solution. We have furnished the .cvs file and the image file to their technical support. They state they are doing a "deep dive" to get the solution and will get back to us.
This software is barely even in beta. Filled with bugs that make it completely unusable. Can't split orders, can't merge orders... all functionality the app claims to have. If you run a real business, don't get suckered in by the lack of monthly charges. Support is useless, tickets go into a black hole. I feel bad for the 1 developer they have on staff trying to put out this dumpster fire.
Missing basic automation which is slowing down our process.
When using Amazon Buy Shipping, the 'Delivery Experience' and 'Pick Up' options must be set. There is no way to do this with rules. This means we have to change both settings for every order and then refresh rates before being able to proceed.
There are no Shipping Presets / Shortcuts. You need to define every shipping setting each time manually. Unlike ShipStation where you can scan a barcode or use a hotkey.
There is no way to purchase labels from Veeqo (UK), we have only been able to use couriers which we have business accounts for. This means we have to buy the label elsewhere when we have the occasional large item that needs a different courier.
There is no way to filter out which orders are imported. There are some orders on Shopify that we do not want to import.
There is no way to make Veeqo ignore certain products. We cannot use the inventory feature as we have some products on Shopify where Third-Party Apps manage inventory. We need a setting where products can be marked as dropship/3PL suppliers and are ignored.
Veeqo, is absolutely fantastic. If you work with Amazon, and you have a Shopify store, it’s an absolute Must. The daily reports and user interface are fantastic.
It just works!!
Seriously… Veeqo should be your one stop shop for All order analytics.
Customer Support and tech Support are 2nd to non-. Josh helped us with the integration and has been absolutely phenomenal. He’s worth is weight in gold and is an absolute credit to the Veeqo brand. A++++ and 5 Stars all round.
