I ordered jeans that were “street style cargos” and the item
I received have absolutely nothing to do with the picture they used for the advertisement.

Edit : I google reversed the pictures used on the website and found that several other websites used the exact same images

You asked me to resend the issue to you. I did forward my details to the email address listed here on TrustPilot and to the order email which were used when ordering. Still nothing! Please take action!

I purchase a pair of sandals from this company and the experience has been shocking from start to finish.

1) Product quality: the sandals were of extremely poor quality and sized so small they seemed more suited for children.
2) Customer service: I contacted “Lisa” in customer service, who repeatedly tried to push me to accept discounts instead of returning the item. I made it clear I wanted to return the sandals.
3) Return process: I was instructed to send them back at my own cost to warehouse in Albania, which I did via recorded delivery. After I confirmed the return, the company refused to process a refund, suddenly claiming the 30 day period had expired - despite the fact that they were aware of my travel schedule and delays were communicated clearly.
4) Deception: It late came to light that “Lisa” is not real. The person behind the company is 22 year old Damian Verwij, trading as CAPITOS, who concealed his identity.

This is not an isolated case. Other reviews show a consistent pattern of poor products, obstructive customer service abs refusal to refund.

I have now escalated this to my bank, and reported the case to the Dutch fraud authorities.

My advice: AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. They misrepresent themselves, do not follow EU consumer law and treat customers unfairly.

If I could add 0 zeros I would do it. Ordered some sandals were supposed to come from Amsterdam but apparently they are coming from China without Velora informing me about that, not knowing where is my parcel or how to track the parcel, giving continuously irrelevant info or not answering my exact questions. Worst customer Experience I ever had. Avoid that site that wants to be called "professional".

Velora Amsterdam only refunded me 50% after persistent follow-up. If you're in a similar situation, don’t stay silent — keep pushing and contact them until you get what you're owed. I recommend others do the same. Businesses should be held accountable.

SCAM!!!! DONT BUY NOTHING!

Shit! Pure bullshit they take the most beautiful dresses online and send you a copy of it but more like a pijama 🤬.scammers! They manipulate you in to keeping your money and their ugly dressed! Shame on y'all!!!

After an extended delivery time, I received an extremely low-quality product made of cheap materials, packaged in a way that clearly indicated it came directly from China, most likely from Temu or Shein. As soon as I opened the package, it almost immediately caused itchy, red rashes on my hands. Since I have a history of hypersensitivity to toxic Temu clothing, I immediately recognized that these products are almost certainly from Temu.
They are selling these items at 5 times the price. Absolutely mind-blowing!

What a disappointment. Do yourself a favor and do not shop here. This is just another Shein... The website is very misleading. It takes more than two weeks to be delivered somewhere from a sweat-shop in China.

I thought it was a Dutch store, products are shipped from China, bad quality, no possibility of returns. I didnt check reviews in advance, and got scammed :(
