I purchased an article of clothing which was falsely advertised. The material was different from advertised, an inferior, cheaper material, was in poor condition and arrived late. I fought very hard to gain a refund. I was offered much less than I originally paid. I refused the offer.

I have NOT received the trainers I ordered. I also find it IMPOSSIBLE to communicate directly with Sports Direct nor to contact them directly via email. Also their chosen delivery carrier, Evri, are impossible to communicate directly with. Everything is impersonal and mechanised. I am awaiting either the delivery or a refund but I don't hold high hopes. Sports Direct have not communicated with me the lack of delivery

I have just had a kitchen installed from Howdens in Barnsley. The whole process, from planning to delivery, to installation by Craw Developments, was excellent. I am delighted with the final results. Real value for money. Howdens were always available for advice and support whenever necessary. Also, very friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble.
