The delivery was on time DPD did well and made sure was delivered.
The fleece jumper for work is very warm and strong for working in all weather conditions and it is sturdy and machine stitching is strong and looks professional when working and very pleased with my product thank you would highly recommend.

DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COWBOY OUTFIT. ITEM DIDN'T ARRIVE, CONTACTED 5 TIMES PROMISED REFUND - 4 DAYS LATER STILL NO REFUND. TELL YOU ANYTHING ON PHONE.

I purchased a pair of work trousers yesterday work trousers to find the zips are smaller than my suit pants and so the plastic zip broke .I contacted veltuff to find as expected the so not care and send a document that says you can’t return but what they didn’t say it a defective iteam. This is not the first time this has happened so I would stay clear take your money and that’s all they are bothered about Crooks Crooks never again

My parcel never arrived! No sms , no mail

Absolute rubbish, a stark reminder of the flared trousers of the 70s, material is harsh and the sizes are far from correct, when compared against 3 different trousers/jeans a 32 inch waist was equivalent to a 28,

customer service not all that good either, and to return an item you have to make an application, and ask for permission to return and then pay for the privilige,
Would I buy from again? absolutely not a chance

They email demanding you confirm delivery and then try to bombard your inbox with stuff, but they dont acknowledge when they receive the item you return, despite having to pay for the return

Advice? AVOID AVOID AVOID

and no doubt they will refuse to publish this review on their website and no wonder, they have a lot of negatives

Love there I love their jackets great signwriting and I’ve also brought a ton of their socks so comfy and warm will definitely be buying a lot more A+

Really not impressed with the customer service from this company. I ordered a jacket and the chosen courier used was DPD. I received the wrong parcel from DPD because my postage label had been put on the wrong parcel at the Depot. That was DPDs fault. But Veltuff do not respond to emails and are not helpful in the slightest. If you ask for help on the chat they just tell you to correspond via email. This is no good because they don’t reply. I have finally got through on the phone and I was told I would get a replacement sent out but it still hasn’t come. So overall very very disappointing and I WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN. If your going to risk it then pay via PayPal so you can apply for a refund with them instead of going through the hassle of doing it via veltuff uk.

Just opened my order right now and tired on the clothing. I ordered the Comfort Profile Cargo Trousers which fit okay, I got the regular size instead of the short size which was a bit too long for me. Movement may feel a little restricted due to lack of stretchiness in material other than that 10/10

I also ordered the Tails Anti-Pil Fleece Jacket. It’s thicker than I expected which is great and definitely keeps you warm.
