I absolutely love my stand up desk

I absolutely love my stand up desk! I opted for the power lift style and it is extremely helpful. My neck pain is gone because I can adjust the height of my screen perfectly. When I am standing or sitting.. Ifind that I move more during the day and feel much better at tge end of the day now. Everything about the order went perfectly...even delivery during COVID! We are placing several more orders now as employees are just as pleased with the Vari Desk. Thank you!

Units Good - Shipping Slow - Who knows what they Send

The powered desktop units seem well made as we have started using them in the last two months. The strange thing is we have ordered 4 units and we are never sure which one will come in. We have ordered the plain model and got one with USB ports, we have ordered usb model and got the plain one and had to get a credit. It seems odd to have a 50% success rate on getting the right product out of 4 units. Also I am not sure why the last unit took almost 3 weeks to arrive?

If you want aggravation, lies, poor customer service..…

It's Oct 13th and I still haven't rec'd my Sept 8th order. I'm ready to cancel the credit card charge. Their website info is wrong 95% of the time. I was given a Fedex tracking number on Oct 2nd. The box was never given to Fedex. They sent me another tracking # on Oct 12. package STILL not in Fedex possession as of today. All they do is print shipping labels, but they don't give the shipments to FEDEX. They use this funky go-between called AFTER-SHIP. You can spend days waiting for information to show up on the AFTER-SHIP website. Just spools and spools, never loads any info. It seems that maybe 5 people work there. I get the same lying, promising over and over again. I was so fed up last night with lack of service, I asked to speak with Manager, Louie. Didn't give last name. He told me, "I'll be in the office tomorrow and will email you personally in the morning about the status of your Sept 8th order". No response from Louie today and it's 3:30 pm. I left him a message. I spoke with another guy, Eddie at 2:25 pm today. Said he would email me NEW tracking numbers on my last 2 orders. That was over an hour ago. The only person who I've spoken with that actually sounds like she cares is Summer. she sounded intelligent and was very responsive and accomodating. Run, Summer, Run! I've spent at least 5 hours trying to get my Sept 8th order. Emails, endless online chats, phone calls...nothing but BS. and the worst thing is that they actually have a good product. I wish I could attach back-up documents to this review. I've order 5 computer stands. The 1st order of 3 ($900 order) still shows pending shipment. That order was placed July 10th online. We rec'd the order a few weeks later but shipping status was never updated online. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Either they just don't care or they don't know how to run a business. I'll NEVER BUY FROM VERSATABLES AGAIN. Can't believe they sent me a 'rate your transaction' email for my Oct 8th order. An impossible situation. I don't know how they can continually get it 100% wrong all the time. It's against the odds. I placed 3 orders and not one order was without endless follow-up, lies, phone calls, chats. Do yourself a favor...instead of placing an order, why don't you just smash your thumb with a sledge hammer. A crushed thumb will be more pleasant.

Oct14, 2020 follow-up. I actually recieved a phone call from manager Louie. He gave me 2 tracking numbers that were actually in FedEx's possession! AND my Oct 10th order was delivered today. I ordered Oct 8th and rec'd Oct 14th. Not bad at all.

And it seems the order I placed Sept 8th is finally in FedEx's possession, too. Scheduled for delivery today Oct 14th, 2020.

I thought, just to be fair, I would give a positive update to my orders. Of course, it took hours and hours of pushing Versatable, but my business with them may finally be reaching a conclusion.

Standing desk doesn't work, support sucks

I bought an Edison electric desk. It was delivered late, did not come with any instructions for assembly, and the motor to lift the desk doesn't work. It locks as soon as I plug it in and I can't get it to unlock even when following the instructions that I found online. I called customer support and they told me to email a photo and that someone would contact me in a few days. What a massive waste of money and terrible customer support. Versadesk sucks!

Arrived dented but box was not damaged

Arrived dented but box was not damaged. Was it damaged before shipping? Took 4 attempts to get return processed. Was told replacement would ship that week. Two weeks later, no shipping notice. Not one part of process was even a 1 on a 10 pt scale. 4 years ago, the experience was far better on first purchase.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

On May 15, 2020, I purchased PowerLift® Standing Desk Double Benching System $1,674.00 IN STOCK LEGACY SKU: SKU-360BCCCA to the tune of about $2,000 which I was promptly charged to my credit card. We ordered this for our Grand Re-Opening for a our new medical office space and new office locaiton that opens this week....But we still have NO WORKING FURNITURE FOR OUR NEW SPACE! Our event is going to be bare b/c we are unable to get the items we ordered from this company! We ordered this more than 30 days in advance to allow plenty of time but we only get the run around from their sales/customer service folks for a product that is "In Stock" per their own website. Both myself & hubby have called to inquire about the delivery of our furniture, with no return responses or remedies as promised. We received a partial order with no complete or usable furniture or work space. This company does not seem to care about their paying customers nor do they care to fill their orders as expected. We are extremely disappointed since our community event is planned but we have no furniture for our office redesign....SO EMBARASSING that we counted on this company and now our "grand event" won't be so grand! DO NOT PURCHASE FORM THIS COMPANY if you need complete, usable furniture in a reasonable amount of time or expect even a minimum level of customer service, highly recommend going elsewhere! Sure hope the Better Business Bureau will have some suggestions for us & perhaps help us achieve better results.

Good product but poor service

Good product but poor service

I ordered a PowerPro to work at home. Everything seemed to be fine on the order, and then next day an email that the order was on 'Manual verification' with no other info. Shortly after, I received a notification that the charge had processed from my card company.
10 work days later, I contact customer service to find out status. They said it was still on manual verification. I told the support person I had been charged and asked what additional verification was needed. They didn't know but promised to get back to me in 48 hrs.
They didn't get back to me. Contacted them again, and it was because my company's VPN mad it look like the order was from Asia, shipping to the US. Second rep sent me a form to fill out. Sent it back, and I was assured it would ship in the next few days.
Nope, called again to find out what was up. The finish on my order wouldn't be available for a while. I didn't really care about the finish, so they sent a PowerPro Plus they had in stock in white, which was fine.
The desk is great. The company needs to learn to communicate with customers so that the customers aren't left hanging when they have already taken their money.

I ordered a sneeze guard in mid May and…

I ordered a sneeze guard in mid May and got a confirmation email with the order number. I knew it would take a couple of weeks to get here. When I received the earlier "how did we do" email, we had not received the sneeze guard so after waiting a few more days ( thinking it was en route), I called. Somehow the order had been put on hold because of something about the credit card # but NO ONE EVER CALLED US OR EMAILED US. So I gave my personal credit card # and am expecting it to arrive but it hasn't. I would appreciate an update on whether this order is on its way or not. If not, I am really upset that we have lost nearly a month and now have to start over with another company

Item came in chipped and scraped

Item came in chipped and scraped, was definitely not packed well and FedEx just left it outside on the street of our commercial building. Definitely need to fix these problems if you're charging that much money.

Placed an online order on May 23rd

Placed an online order on May 23rd. Received a confirmation email and a request to rate my experience within a few minutes. Called to confirm shipping date on June 1st, only to be told that the order had been placed on hold due to a billing/shipping address question. Never received an email (checked the spam folder) or phone call letting me know there was a problem. Total waste of time for a desperately needed order.
