Customer services resolve the issues very professionally

Very don’t take notice of how you have run the account for years. They will close your account without telling you. Their heavy goods delivery service is beyond a joke. If you find yourself in a little bit of financial distress don’t tell them because the first thing they do is up the interest rate without telling you, from 40-70% almost. They are money grabbing and have no respect for their customers.
I have never had a late or missed payment in all the years I had been with them.
Avoid at all costs!!!

The Dyson was on sale at a really good price, so I was very happy with the purchase. However, the delivery experience with Yodel/InPost was disappointing. The delivery person knocked extremely lightly on the door and didn’t ring the doorbell, even though I have a Ring camera. I only noticed because I thought I heard a noise. By the time I checked, he was already at the next door, so I had to call him back.

Honestly, it gave me the impression that he was trying to leave with the parcel without properly making sure I had received it, which I really didn’t like. The product and price were great, but the delivery experience definitely needs improvement.

One parcel was delivered to somewhere else and trying to get and investigation opened correctly has taken 4 phone calls. They now say it will be 4 weeks before I hear anything even though you can quite clearly see from the "proof of delivery" photo of one parcel that was delivered correctly and on the one that has gone missing that it has gone to the wrong house. I now do not have my items or my money back and just sitting and waiting and I may or may not hear anything.

I decided to buy a battery powered hedge cutter and with the 20% off, this was the cheapest supplier. The item was delivered two days after purchase, which I thought was excellent, with regular updates by the courier. Item was in top condition, and I can fully recommend the company for it's choice and service. Superb!

Delivery a nightmare with Royal Mail but seems to be expected now a days , puts me off slightly as prefer to pick the delivery company

Incorrect item sent was totally let down by this company.Ordered a particular set of binoculars for a trip the set arrived was not as ordered. And had no time to correct the error will not be ordering from this company again!

I ordered a £142 Tower recycling bin from Very, which unfortunately arrived with several dents. Customer service initially offered a 15% discount to keep the damaged item, eventually increasing this to just 20%, which I declined.

Arranging the return was then unnecessarily frustrating. The call quality was poor due to very loud background noise, there were long periods of silence, and I was given only a 7am–7pm collection window. I was also told I could then wait up to 14 days for my £142 refund.

Products can occasionally be damaged in transit, but what matters is how a retailer puts things right. I expected a much smoother and more customer-focused resolution from Very. A disappointing experience.

You sent completely the wrong items & was not very happy at all. The lamps were the wrong colour & style, even states it on the box. No option to exchange, so had to reordered & wait again & I paid postage this is not okay

My vac never arrived. I’ve tried to get intouch but can’t get past the bot who cannot help even though it insists it can. I have to say I’ve never in all the years I’ve been with very (at least 23rd) I haven’t had this problem. But in the day all you had to do was ring a number and someone answered and any problems was sorted.

Fast delivery. Updated on arrival time and items exactly as described. I would shop from Very again based on this experience.
