The purchase was really easy on the website, I’m very grateful to be able to have a place for the concert.
The only negative side is the risen of the price which was too much expansive in comparution to the original, but it is not viagogo fault so thank you for your plateform.

Purchase was very quick and smooth. Seller formally transferred the tickets to me via FIFA's official process within 10 minutes of my purchase. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

I have to be fully honest, I never would have used any ticket sellers other than Ticketmaster/Axis/o2 but, on this occasion I did and am so overwhelmed how straight forward, speedy and genuine everything was. It was a very last minute decision, on a Thursday evening and we were flying on the Saturday to London. The tickets were instant download and that is exactly what happenned, immediately straight into my ticketmaster account, showing live tickets. We were over the moon as we waited for over 7 years to see BTS and was worth every blood, sweat and loads of tears! Accesd to the concert was flawless and the seats were out of this world , so close to BTS, block 565 seat 263 row 11! Amazing! Would I purchase from Viagogo again, most definately, yes you pay an extra fee ontop of price which could be reduced to be honest but its all worth it!

I got the mobile ticket transferred right away even though I did not choose instant download. I bought the ticket 2 weeks before the actual concert. Enjoyed it so much!!

I booked frontstage tickets for the concert for €200, 7 months in advanced and I got the cheaper tickets for way in the back. I just found out on the day of the concert itself. I tried contacting them. There is no phone number and the conversation on the chat was horrible. The chat got closed like 3 times and every time I had to explain the situation by the beginning. The first person was way friendlier and trying to help me. The fourth person I spoke was defenitly not as helpfull. The first person would do their best to give me the correct tickets and I would recieve a email, the fourth person denied everything and told I got the tickets I asked for 🫤 and wouldn't do anything to change the tickets or give me a refund 2 be able to buy the correct tickets. This is not a reliable ticket service. I will never order tickets with them again.

My friends and I purchased 4 tickets through Viagogo. Unfortunately, the tickets were lost by Viagogo’s shipping carrier, FedEx.

For the past month, we have been in contact with Viagogo’s customer service, but we have been constantly redirected without any real solution. Now, we are being told that they cannot help us and that we have to wait until one hour before the festival to find out whether we will receive our tickets or not.

This is completely unacceptable. We have planned this trip months in advance, booked accommodation and transportation, and spent a significant amount of money. The uncertainty is causing us a great deal of stress.

Could you please look into our case and let us know if there is any way to help us or ensure that we will be able to attend the festival despite the delivery issue?

Bought 2 tickets through the app for afronation. Got to the venue, one ticket worked fine the other had already been scanned. Contacted Viagogo, took a while to speak to an actual person. They requested a refund (which I got) but left me with no ticket for the event

It was easy to buy, and the ticket arrived right on time.

I bought two tickets. One of them didn't work.

I was happy to find ticket to Charlie Puth concert in Helsinki, days before the event. It was easy to buy, very clear process, friendly website and everything went smoothly. Will check viagogo again when looking for tickets. Highly recommend.
