Wish there was zero star option. Terrible customer support. No option to review products. Delivery takes forever.

Excellent service, great advice, am enjoying all of their new products and appreciating the well informed advice.
They are outstanding in their choice of supplements and skincare.

I've never had problems using this company. There aren't many discounts, but the postage charge is low and they send from time to time free offers by email.

My last order arrived the next day and I had only paid for standard delivery, plus I got a free gift with my order with no strings attached except for being one of the first 100 orders.

My order was delayed but the company did not tell me, I had to chase the customer service team. Part of my order was ordered as "pre-order only" and paid for, a few weeks after ordering I had not heard any status on my pre-order and had to get in touch with the customer service to be informed they had no details on this. I cancelled my order and then had to contact customer service again to ask for my money being returned.

My initial order arrived, just too much trouble on the way.

Great customer service experience, both through e-mail as well as via phone. I inquired about a few products before making a purchase and was assisted very well via Facebook Messenger. Later, the parcel never arrived, and after a few emails to and fro, I was helped by Customer Service and then their Shipping Center very patiently until we found the solution. They even sais that I should ring if the parcel remained lost so they could put together a new shipment. Lastly, they are very open about waitlists for certain popular products, so you know exactly what to expect. I really appreciate their newsletters, too. One of the few company newsletters I actually enjoy reading because they consist of more than just ads! I would give 5 stars if it weren't for the fact that I had said to the helpdesk on thephone at least 4 times that the first part of my shipment never arrived before he finally realised I wasn't calling about the waitlisted part of the order.

Terrible customer service. I am not someone who usually complains about anything. All they had to do was apologise for a misunderstanding and not being completely clear. Instead their customer service adviser was really snotty in her responses. Now I will not have a gift for Christmas which I would have if I had have bought direct from Deciem.

I use them to get the ordinary. Great prices, fast delivery - even to overseas and absolutely love their newsletters. Would recommend!

Worst cutover service ever. I haven’t received my package heretofore. I have emailed about inquiring my stuff and no response back! Lazy company

I used Victoria Health to purchase 'The Ordinary' products as were sold out everywhere else. I also bought another product ready for when it comes in stock, the only thing is, is there is no estimate for when this may come back in stock so not sure how long I will be waiting.

Apart from that there was a quick delivery, the boxes were a little dented but I guess that was just because of the delivery process. Will definitely be using this website again.

Excellent service - I had a query about delivery before ordering and had a response within a few hours. I then placed an order on the Sunday and it arrived on Tuesday by their standard delivery service. Brilliant!

I always have to wait for my package for more than ten days and I'm sick of it. I've ordered multiple times and it's always been like this. It also takes them 3 days to dispatch my order and there's no tracking number. I'll be ordering from ASOS in the future since I get the package in less than 5 days. I also ordered The Ordinary Glycolic Acid Toner? and apparently that's pre-order so no way of knowing when I'll ever get it.

I hadn't heard of this website until I stumbled upon it in a bid to get my mits on The Ordinary's foundations. I made my first order in June, it was a pre order as the foundations I wanted were all out of stock but as soon as they come back they arrived the day after I received shipping notification. When I placed my order at the start of June I was told there would be a wait as the products were out of stock which was true, my order arrived late July which i didn't mind as I knew the products were in demand and out of stock until this point. The items were packaged lovely and all arrived in perfect condition. Once I tried the ordinary's foundations I fell in love and realised why they are in such high demand so I headed over to Victoria health website to order more, in different shades for when I have more of a tan and some of the serum foundations and primers to try. All of the items I ordered were in stock, I placed my order in the morning and it was despatched that afternoon. My parcel arrived the next day even though I didn't pay for next day delivery. Over all my experiences with this company are fab, great product selection and prices as well as speedy delivery. Just be aware that if you pre order you may be waiting a while for your products to arrive but you are made aware of this when ordering.

I am so impressed with how fast this company delivers my orders. I get my skincare from The Ordinary from Victoria Health because it is so much easier than ordering from the Abnormal website. I also love their newsletters!

Excellent company with a wide range of products. When I have commented on their webpage, you always get a reply quickly and I love their newsletters! Products are always well packaged and sent using Royal Mail instead of an awful delivery company.

I've just received my first order from Victoiahealth and it arrived quickly.
Order paced on 13th April and arrived today, 15th.
It was well packed and will definitely order again.

I've ordered from them about a dozen times. Sometimes they take a while to ship the products because they are not in stock but when they do receive stock they ship the products immediately, and they arrive QUICKLY. I'm talking 8 days to another continent with not-so-expensive and we have very bad postal service, so this site is a standout. I enjoy shopping there because the customer service is great (I got an underfilled product and they are sending a replacement with no problems whatsoever.) The shipping is not the cheapest (its about 10gbp on average) but it's so worth it.

So i placed an order in October and after 2 weeks wrote to the customer service to check where my order would be at. Was given an invalid tracking number and after waiting for another 2 weeks I wrote to them again. the customer service was horrible and rude, informing me they didn't receive updates from the invalid tracking number provided and didn't know where my order was. to date I have yet received my order.
