First time I used this company
First time I used this company. Sent out some taps which were broken on receipt. Very helpfully sent replacements which were also broken. Arranged for collection but DPD delivery driver lied that he'd been to collect and no one there. Am still waiting for a collection and a refund which is frustrating. The company need to review there returns and refund process as I wouldn't use them again until they have. They also need to ensure the quality of their goods, as it was really bad, cheaply made stuff. Very dissapointing.

I have been hunting for terracotta…
I have been hunting for terracotta tiles in vinyl or Lino for weeks and so far this is the only outlet that has anything near to what I’m looking for. They send free samples too - so here’s hoping the material and the colour look good on my floor.
