Good experience overall
Good experience overall. I placed quite a large bathroom order with them and unfortunately had a small issue with a missing part. I contacted customer service annd spoke to Thomas machin and they were helpful and got the issue sorted for me quickly. Happy with how it was handled and would order from them again.

Great experience until you need to return an large item like a bath!
Products are great and competitively priced, well described on the website and good quality. The 3 stars is for the lack of a returns procedure focused on the customer experience. Most online retailers make it very easy to return items, Victorian Plumbing could be more focused on customer convenience and experience in this area, they should advertise on the website trusted courier companies or partners that specialise in the collection, return and carriage of large items like baths, as most standard courier companies will not touch them - and most customers will have never had to deal with returning an item as large as a bath. Be warned if you have to return something like a bath or a large unit it is very expensive and not straightforward to organise (returning a bath cost £100+)
