What great customer service
What great customer service. Phoebe Smith was very polite and professional and called well outside normal working hours - which was fine by me - apologised for the damaged part and said a replacement is on its way. If only all companies operated this way. I will certainly be using them in the near future when I purchase my very posh bathtub.
