LTP Grimex Floor Tile Cleaner
Victoria Plumbing provided the tile cleaner I was looking for and charged a standard reasonable fee for the delivery. I have not tried the LTP Grimex tile cleaner on the porcelain floor tiles in our kitchen yet, but I'm hoping it does what it says on the tin!

Avoid these products. Poorly made and terrible customer service
Ordered the old London mirror cabinet and sink unit, as well as the chatsworth antique brass range (shower, taps etc). Cost a fortune but we assumed it would be a quality lasting product. However, on delivery we noticed the sink unit was chipped, mirror loose, toilet holder discoloured and handle on the shower unit immediately snapped. Emailled customer services and response was slow with no resolution (no telephone line). We were offered a partial refund which we accepted, however they then withdrew this offer for some unknown reason. They sent a new handle eventually so at least we can turn the shower on.
All the brass is discoloured already (only 5 months old), the mirror is hanging off and needs glueing, it just looks cheap despite costing us well over £1000 and overall just terrible quality. Wish I could give less than 1 star for product as well as customer service. Avoid these products, they are not worth the money!!!!

I’ve given 3 stars instead of 5 because 2 of the boxes containing bath accessories were badly damaged. The items seem ok but they were sent in a thin plastic bag, making them vulnerable in transit. So in future, I ask that they pack items more adequately. The accessories look great though and very pleased with the quality.

Excellent company
Used this company after a recommendation from my son. I was not disappointed. Needed a new bath. It was delivered in 2 days and probably the best packaged large item I have ever received. Delivery company were just as great. I will definitely be using this company for future bathroom purchases.

Such a shame that Victoria Plumbing choose not to publish your constructive reviews on their website.
I bought a set of Regent traditional 3/4 cranked bath taps from them and they are appalling. Poor quality plastic taps and cheaply manufactured spout. When the plastic taps are turned on the water spurts out instead of a steady flow. You have to stick your finger up the spout, at the risk of burning your finger, to achieve some sort of steady flow. I do not know if I have received a dud but this cannot be right. I would have sent it back but it took ages to fit.
