Amazing customer service to resolve issue
Amended Review.
Following a few issues initially, the company went out of their way to provide me with a solution and were concerned that I hadn't received exactly what I wanted.
I would deal with this company again based on the customer service I received.
The final product was exactly what I wanted and reflected exactly what I had asked for.

Fantastic to work with and a really great output. There was a little confusion in some parts around who I was dealing with as was contacted about the same video that was in late stages of development by another team member but ultimately this was a minor issue as the video is really great.

The end result was OK
The end result was OK. Although it didn't completely fit the brief we provided. At the beginning of the process there were mistakes made and inconsistent communication: which led to the entire project taking considerably longer than was expected. The project also took substantially more management time our end than we were expecting.

Nice and Easy process. Love my video!
These guys are pros when it comes to animated 2D videos. The storyboard had brief details on each slide and scene. Very thoroughly they carried the entire project to my satisfaction. They delivered the HD video once the project was finalized and I just was out of words. Very impressed and grateful to these lads for doing such a phenomenal job on our business video.
