Our second booking with Villa Select did not disappoint! Villa Anna in Skala, Kefalonia is beautiful. Debbie visited us at the beginning of our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. We have just booked our third holiday with Villa Select for this September, Algarve this time! We are looking forward to it.

I cannot compliment this company enough for my recent holiday to Croatia. We took a family holiday, staying at Villa Skalinada, and found the whole process so stress-free. This was my first time using Villa Select and found that both Camilla and Donna were too willing to ensure that the holiday was tailored perfectly to match the needs of our family.

The holiday itself was fantastic. The villa was clean, situated perfectly near the beach and the hosts were very friendly!

Rented a Villa in Pollensa, Majorca with Villa Select in September 21. We have used VS previously and once again they were fine. What is worth commenting on was their representative Lorraine. We have rented villas for many years and in my view Lorraine is definitely one of the best reps we have dealt with. Always available, turning up late on Saturday to sort out the WiFi and generally making us feel nothing was too much trouble. Big thanks to her.

Given the current situation I am surprised there aren't more reviews on here regarding changing of holidays etc. I have been really impressed with the way that Villa Select have dealt with my booking this year, they extended our balance by 3 weeks to give us time to look at our options and then due to our disinclination to travel due to the current amber status of Mallorca have moved our booking along with flights to next year (different destination) this incurred no admin fees just a small additional payment as the new villa is more expensive. Compared to the villa provider I used last year I have been very impressed with the level of customer service Villa Select replied to emails within 24 hours answering all my questions regarding travel - it is an incredibly difficult time for anyone in the tourist industry so all credit to Villa Select for their flexibility and customer service support - thank you

Avoid Avoid Avoid using this company

This company has no interest in you and will leave you out of pocket. They will expect you to still travel to a destination against FCO advice. Having paid original deposit last year and final amount this August . they refuse to repay a cash refund and are crafty how they phone you up shortly before you go , wording it that you want to cancel when FCO advice is not to travel. Our flights got cancelled and this company wanted me to go and get flights with another company.
Having used this company in the past I shall never use them again.

Currently waiting for Villa Select customer service to help with holiday booked to Portugal, now waited for over 2 weeks can't get responses or decisions.
Leaves me losing my deposit paid back in January
So not there when you really need their help.

Avoid using this company as they are completely unethical and lacking in customer care.
Having paid them £2450 to rent a villa in Pollensa Majorca when my booking was cancelled by them due to the Covid 19 outbreak they refused to provide me with a cash refund insisting I claim against my holiday insurance or credit card issuer. Despite repeated requests they have shown no acceptance that they are breaching Consumer Law and I have reluctantly made a claim on my insurance. After excesses have been deducted this still leaves me out of pocket to the tune of £450. Again Villa Select have refused to reimburse me despite a statement in their original cancellation notification that ‘they would not wish any of their customers to suffer a financial loss’.
As a customer who has used them on several previous occasions they have shown me total lack of consideration or commitment and I will not be using them again.
I would urge anyone who is thinking of renting a holiday villa to avoid this company at all costs.
I have also reported their behaviour to the Competition and Markets Authority and would encourage anyone who has been similarly affected to do the same.

Avoid this company. Having been a customer for many years when my trip to Cyprus as cancelled due to Covid -19 when I called them I was told there was nothing they could do and I must claim on my travel insurance. They had no interest in trying to be helpful. I had then to contact them three times to obtain some documentation to submit to my travel insurers. I would urge others in the same boat to contact CMA as a previous reviewer suggested.

I would advise anyone who has not had a full refund from this company due to the Government advice & restrictions on travel, to contact The Competition And Markets Authority(CMA) and report them for their unfair treatment of their customers and consumer rights.

Villa Select have refused to return the full holiday cost of £1200 for renting a villa in Spain by saying they have already paid the owner even though I have no contract with the owner and they cancelled the holiday weeks before it was due to take place. They have no honour .....avoid like the plague.

Terrible service, avoid!

When unexpected situations occur you see how good a company really is and with the immediate COVID issues we have all faced - Villa Select have been terrible in my experience. Not only not replying to emails or voicemails but also refusing to refund when not providing the service that has been booked.

They are stating their T&C's state they do not need to do anything so its our problem to resolve - they have taken the money, are not honoring the booking and the company doesnt care. Reputation damaged and customer lost.

Fantastic company, first time we have used them and won't be the last. We stayed in a beautiful villa in Kefalonia that was first class. Deborah, our local rep was friendly and helped us more than once with questions/bookings we had about the island. She gave us lots of local tips including how to have our shopping delivered by the local supermarket. This was great as we had chosen not to hire a car this time. Lovely company, lovely staff and we had the best holiday!

Very spacious villa in a beautiful setting.
All amenities are there, pool, garden, BBQ,
comfortable beds and great kitchen.
Within walking distance from the port.
A warm welcome by the villa rep as well as the owner.
We arrived late at night and it was s great surprise to find some groceries in the fridge.

Top class service every time. The villa was amazing. And a very generous welcome pack included. Local rep feels more like an old friend. Villa Select pay great attention to customer service while still keeping very competitive prices. Will definitely be using again. Full marks.

Stayed at Villa Oxopetra, Kefalonia. Spacious villa with beautiful views, stunning pool and outside area. Very rural area, good for those looking to get away from it all. Deborah the representitive on Kefalonia was really friendly and helpful as we're reservations staff. Stayed 13th October and weather couldn't have been better 😊

Stayed in lovely Villa in Kefalonia.
Everything was perfect and Deborah the Villa Select rep is a credit to your company.
Also used Villa Select in Mallorca - all the villas are higher quality than the normal rental property and the little extras like pool towels and the welcome pack are excellent.

Beautiful, well-maintained villa with stunning views. Stavros, our host, could not have been more helpful. Pool was very clean and lovely and warm. Would definitely go back.
