Ignored by support for over a week after false ban (Username: nikira5667)

My account (username: nikira5667) was banned completely by mistake due to a false automated counterfeit flag. I immediately provided high-quality photos of tags and materials to prove 100% authenticity. Support promised to answer within 120 hours, but it has been over a week of total silence. My follow-up messages are being completely ignored. This is an absolutely terrible service that locks honest users out. Review my case manually and restore my account immediately!

You let people sell children on the cite. It's disgusting. Many people, me included, see toys being sold for enormous amounts of money, but the description talks about a human being, not a toy.

Perfect service. Easy to buy and sell, wish I stsrted selling sooner! Straight forward shipping and adding new items.

I am writing this to warn everyone. I fell victim to an absolute international fraud on Vinted, where the platform openly took the side of a scammer.As a seller (account: polo7742), I sold luxury Chanel sunglasses worth 1,200 PLN to a user named emma.emma20. The package was shipped using an official Vinted label (ORLEN Paczka, tracking number: 2102420193053) to Hungary.After the package was successfully delivered, Vinted completely ignored the tracking documentation and made a unilateral decision to refund the entire amount of 1,200 PLN back to the buyer! The buyer now has both the luxury item and the money.To make it worse, Vinted immediately banned my account (polo7742), deleted the entire chat history, and completely cut me off from any appeal procedure. They left me with absolutely no way to defend myself.This is facilitating internet fraud and theft. I have already filed an official complaint with the European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net). I demand a full refund of my 1,200 PLN immediately!

The app works fine. Selling, sending, and buying are all easy. Vinted cares about its customers. The only downside is that the algorithm isn't always fair (for example, deleting duplicated offers when they weren't actually duplicated)

I really like how vinted allows to add tags, colors, sizes, materials etc, and it makes sorting and looking for certain clothes easier.

From things I dislike, i dislike users tagging cheap pieces "vintage" etc. It is very confusing. I also think vinted should stop promoting resellers and start pushing clothes from normal people to the front page.

I Love Vinted. Everything has been made easy. Easy to buy and easy to sell. Vinted also has buyer protection. The most important thing is to keep all communication within the app for your own safety- as Vinted advises. I’ve sold quite a few items and bought some very nice ones too. I recommend Vinted.

No help when there was a issue with sent parcel to buyer,chat silly crap message that it will be resolved,i was not..things are fine when all goes smooth but when there is a issue-only chat generating Ai asnwer-No real solution to problem..
no person to person help line,only chat-useless...

Vinted Buyer Protection is mandatory to pay for, but it doesn't actually protect you as a customer because you're buying from a private individual, not a commercial seller.
I bought a bag marked new with tags. I received it damaged. I filed a claim, which was denied because I didn't notice the damage on a picture(!!), even though the seller claimed the bag was new with tags and didn't mention a broken clasp.
I escalated the case to vinted legal team but despite writing three tmes, never got a reply.

My account with 30 items is blocked due to commercial selling.

A terrible service site that makes it difficult to sell items, blocks user accounts and delays payouts.

Support wouldn’t help you if you have a problem or you could wait for their response long time. My mom wrote to them 10 july. Today is 21 july and no respond.
