It’s been a month since I reported a possible scam, still not solved, no money, no product

My money has been frozen for over 3 weeks and nobody is doing anything about it.

I'm a Vinted seller and my wallet balance of around €1,000 was locked after an automated KYC request. I submitted my documents twice through the app — both times rejected by an automated system citing "poor image quality." The photos were perfectly clear and fully legible. No human ever reviewed them.

After the second rejection, the app blocked me from submitting documents at all. The verification button now just redirects me to customer support. And customer support? Copy-paste replies every single time. No explanation, no manual review, no solution.

This is Adyen's infrastructure handling my funds. As a regulated payment institution, they are responsible for safeguarding client money — not just processing it for businesses and ignoring the people whose money it actually is.

I've now sent a formal complaint directly to Adyen's compliance department. Whether they respond or not will determine the next steps.

If you're a seller on any platform powered by Adyen and your funds get frozen — be prepared for a wall of silence. Document everything from day one.

I rate my current experience with Vinted as poor. This is due to limited sales, a low number of views, and the increasing costs of boosting my closet/items, which is reducing my reach. This is my feeling towards the seller, but as a buyer, I miss country filtering. I'd also like to see more countries like Germany and the Netherlands. Promotional shipping rates haven't been available for a long time. I also miss cataloging my closet sales by size or type, or setting filters.

You are absolutely failing in solving problems in timely manner. I have two issues pending unresolved one of which is a suspended transaction. Client received the item, accepted the item and you did not release the payment!!! Another you removed my items accusing me of selling fakes and I bought them in the brand boutique!!!

No response from customer service regarding a listing that they marked as fake, not sure what went wrong, but I don’t seem to be able to get any response. Over 2 weeks.

Trash and worst customer service ever

I would strongly advise everyone to stay as far away from Vinted as possible. I absolutely cannot recommend this platform to anyone.
The biggest issue is their ridiculous automation and moderation. They block your account all the time for absolutely no reason! You try to list your clothes, and boom—you are banned or your items are hidden. They simply don't let you sell anything peacefully. The customer support is non-existent; you just get automated bot replies that don't help at all.
On top of that, Vinted is lagging behind in features depending on where you live. For example, they still haven't launched the Vinted Pro feature in Poland, leaving business sellers completely restricted and without proper tools.
There are so many other issues: constant bugs, unfair buyer protection that always favors scammers, terrible UX updates, and so on and so forth.
Save your time, energy, and nerves. This platform is a joke. 0/5 stars!

Great experience at selling

I’ve been using Vinted for some time now and I’m very satisfied. The app is easy to use, and both selling and buying are quick and convenient. Thanks to Vinted, I’ve managed to sell many items that found a second life, and at the same time I’ve discovered some great bargains at good prices. I also really appreciate the convenient shipping options and communication with other users. It’s a great place for people who enjoy conscious shopping and keeping their wardrobe organized. Highly recommended! 😊

It's great, safe and ecologic

No bad customers. Real prizes. Good support.

You can't be completely honest because your AI settings force you to provide false descriptions of the items you sell.An example is an orthosis issued by me and blocked by your AI. Another thing that I don't understand is the inability to include home courier shipping as an option for larger items.And finally, why do we need to print labels instead of using codes? Regards!

It’s so cool platform to sell my clothes

Sell is fast and easy to add new products. When i buying something i can find all easy and with no problem.

I am generally satisfied with Vinted and have had mostly positive experiences using the platform. So far, I have had only one negative experience involving a dishonest buyer.
One area that could be improved is customer support. Finding help from Vinted can be somewhat difficult and time-consuming. In my experience, the automated dispute resolution process tends to favor the buyer, which can be frustrating for sellers when a problem arises.

Unfortunatelly the Vinted.pl do not take care of their customers- sellers, it block fair selling people but do not block sellers that sell new clothes comercialy. Poor help from agents or bots- that copy paste the same formula and you cannot speak with people and solve the problem.

Vinted is a complete scam for sellers. I paid for promotion/advertising to boost my listing, but when a buyer canceled the order without any reason, Vinted automatically marked my item as "sold" and archived it.

Because of this, I lost all my likes, all the organic reach, and the money I spent on the promotion. The platform essentially steals your money and destroys your listing’s visibility in one second, offering no way to restore it. They have no respect for their users' money. If you are a seller, be warned: Vinted will take your money and ruin your listings whenever a buyer decides to play games. Total fraud.

Fast selling. Good comunication and shiping is handled good by vinted.
