I had a very disappointing experience with Vinted support. I purchased a perfume listed as “new with tag”, but received a clearly used product with about half of the contents missing.

Although I reported the issue, the support team did not properly address the fact that the item was not as described and required me to pay for the return shipping myself. This feels unfair, as the problem was caused by the seller’s inaccurate description, not by me as the buyer.

Overall, the resolution process was unsatisfactory and did not feel customer-oriented.

vinted is amazing i love how the app works and what i can find on it it’s just the delivery that cost so much money it doesn’t seem very appealing when i have to pay 30 złoty for something that costs 10 złoty so i’m begging for you to do something about it because how i said i love the app but the delivery is too expensive

I think vinted is the best platform to sell clothes because vinted has really cheap shipping and its really good for person that sell hoodie for 2 -10 euro because instead of paying for shipping 4 euro like is on depop or other platforms, You pay only 1-2 euro

I like everything about Vinted, they made it very easy to sell things, communication is very easy, the price offering feature is really cool, I think Vinted it by far the best selling website I’ve ever encountered.

They are using ai to verify if an item is fake, which results in mostly real items getting taken down and fakes being sold.

The vievs are some kind of joke and the prices ara low ans still everyone want something for lower price

The system is terrible. Accounts are constantly banned for nothing, ads are deleted, and users report random accounts—the system doesn't verify this, and the accounts are banned. Selling fakes is the norm. After 10 years my account got banned.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use this platform to sell. One of my parcels went missing and I was left negative feedback by Vinted, and lost money, despite following the instructions. Vinted claim they are there to support sellers but it’s absolutely not true. Another item I sent is still sitting in a parcel locker in Denmark as the seller had buyers remorse and decided against collecting it, meaning I have lost weeks of selling exposure and this is absolutely okay according to Vinted. When I spoke with customer service, Dominika was rude and absolutely useless, typical Polish customer service. I also once found someone trying to scam, they had lifted pictures from eBay to the item they were supposedly selling, I alerted Vinted and they said the seller had done nothing wrong, despite me providing a link. It’s full of scammers and people who waste your time, and pathetic customer service. It’s mostly run by AI, but when you actually speak to a human they are stupid as a rock. Needless to say I’ll be removing all my listings and selling on eBay from now on. Avoid Vinted.

Vinted offers no assistance when listing an item or when an ad is removed by Vinted – only referrals to the terms and conditions without providing specific reasons. There's no way to match a parcel to the item's dimensions – parcels are only matched to categories. There's no way to select a specific carrier for specific items, which prevents listing some items. There's no information about the status of some parcels, especially international ones (one of my parcels has been "left the sorting center" for six days now, and I don't know what's next).

Hello! I’ve been using Vinted for a while now and I’m really happy with my experience. I love that the platform works across many countries and makes shipping items so easy.

Selling and buying here feels simple and convenient. Of course, sometimes it takes a bit longer to sell certain items, but overall I’ve managed to sell a lot more here than on other marketplaces.

The payment system is clear and reliable, and I haven’t had any negative experiences so far. Definitely recommend!
