Good, usefull platform to offer and sell things you don't plan to use in future mostly, by the way.. 🙂 make other people - your customers happier and the last thing, do some order and new space in our homes

I am disappointed that you blocked my account, I was not aware of the reason and you did not give me any chance. I did not do it in purpose but due to lack of knowledge. Really poor approach!

Banned for a legal 14+ collector's item – Violation of DSA regulations by Vinted

My account was permanently banned for listing a legal collector's figure with an official 14+ age rating (available on major platforms like Amazon). Vinted's automated system incorrectly flagged it as "inappropriate content" due to its aesthetic, completely ignoring the fact that it is a legitimate product for teenagers and adults.
Despite providing evidence and filing an appeal, Vinted's legal department refuses to provide a detailed explanation, which is a direct violation of Art. 17 of the Digital Services Act (DSA). The platform applies disproportionate penalties (permanent ban) instead of simple content moderation.
Vinted’s support is non-existent, and their "Legal" team sends automated "copy-paste" responses. This is a massive disappointment for a long-term user. I am currently filing official complaints with the Polish Digital Services Coordinator (UKE) and the Lithuanian Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT).
Fix your broken AI and start respecting EU law!

I am very helpful from coop with Vinted. I can recomended without aby questions. The start of cooperation with Vinted it was good choice for me.

This application is becoming worse and worse. Vinted helps cheaters, who steals and even with some serious proves, they don’t help. People are getting away with anything and Vinted closes eyes on this.

The process of delivering products is not complicated as I thought. I was afraid that it would take more formalities to do so. Luckily I was wrong. Therefore I'm very happy with selling and buying stuff here.

I had a very disappointing experience with Vinted and feel completely let down as a long-time user.

A buyer from Romania purchased a pair of Dior earrings from me. After the package was delivered, the buyer falsely claimed that they received a random T-shirt instead and even sent a photo as “proof.” This is a well-known scam technique, where the buyer replaces the original item and reports a completely different product.

Despite my years of positive history on the platform — no negative reviews, consistent high-quality sales, and reliable service — Vinted chose to side with a brand-new user making a clearly suspicious claim. Because I didn’t have a video recording of packing the item (which is apparently now required to defend yourself), my case was dismissed, and the order was automatically cancelled with a refund issued to the buyer.

This means I lost both my valuable item and the money.

It is extremely concerning that loyal, long-term users are not protected against such obvious scams. Instead, the system seems to favor buyers regardless of context, leaving sellers vulnerable and unprotected.

I strongly advise other sellers to be cautious and to document everything, as Vinted’s support system may not back you up — even when you are clearly the victim.

The best app for selling. Its comfy, nice and safe.

Your rules are completely inconsistent with your moderation. People list items with a total price and a photo, but in the description they write that the price is for one item. When I did this, such listings were deleted and reported as violating your rules. In other words, your rules are selective. A bunch of listings that don't comply with your rules are rejected, and they're reported as normal. Such chaos doesn't happen on any other platform; the rules are usually the same for everyone.
