Escalating and coulant solutions

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am formally escalating this matter, as the way my case has been handled so far is unacceptable.

I have been in contact with multiple representatives — first English-speaking agents, then Dutch-speaking agents
with inconsistent responses and, at times, no response at all. This lack of continuity and follow-up is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

I want to clearly explain what happened. I spent an entire afternoon carefully searching for flights, specifically selecting 9 August as my travel date. I put considerable effort into finding an affordable ticket. During the booking process on my mobile phone, your system froze, after which I had to re-enter my details. I was then taken directly to the payment screen, without a proper opportunity to review all details again.

After completing payment, I received a confirmation for 4 August, a date I did not book and did not intend to book. This is simply not correct.

I am a single mother with children, and organizing this trip has already required significant effort, planning, and financial consideration. To then be told that I must pay nearly €300 plus additional agency fees to correct a date I did not choose is, in my view, unreasonable and unacceptable.

I have clearly explained the situation multiple times, yet no meaningful effort has been made to offer a fair or customer-friendly solution. This is not how customers should be treated.

I am once again requesting a coulant and reasonable resolution to this issue. I did not book 4 August — I booked 9 August. I expect this matter to be reviewed properly and handled accordingly.

If this cannot be resolved promptly, I will proceed with further formal steps.

I expect a clear and serious response.

I do not recommend this website

I do not recommend this website, cheaper prices, but they don't follow the airline's terms and conditions on cancellations, etc. Purchase tickets directly from the airline's website. This will be my first and last booking via this website, which cost me a 60 euros cancellation fee, while if I had done it directly from Turkish Airlines, it would have been free of charge (free cancellation within 24 hours of booking).
