My phone was totally frozen since Sunday until I walked into Vodafone Banbury where Ewan who was friendly and professional completely sorted it out ! Highly recommend!

This store is a massive asset
I needed to speak to people i trust and thats in store at Vodafone Banbury Castle Quay.
Once again a masive warm welcome from Ewan.
Never kept waiting longer than 10 minutes and always very attentive towards customers.
I explained you Ewan I had been receiving calls from someone saying they were from Vodafone and knew so much about my account. I kept the numbers I was called fro. And produced them to Ewan and straight away he looked at my account and phone to assure me my phone had Not been hacked.
Then issed me with a new pass code to reassure my my account was locked tight...
Thank you again Ewan and have always appreciated the customer service you or I recieve everytime I visit this store... to me its one of the reasons I stay with Vodafone.
Thank you Vodafone store and Ewan for protecting my account and making me feel safe.
BRILLIANT!!! AND AGAIN.. SECOND TO NONE!!!
